It's Christmas, so the mood strikes to have a very Christmassy, English meal! Yorkshire pudding here is decent. Meat is flavourful and rich, but a bit chewy. Pudding itself is loaded with beef fat and is buttery and flaky. Lots of vegetables on the side! continue reading
