Its my fav day, dessert day! So what we did was, we went to the places that each of us wanted to go to then we make a list for the dessert hunting. Well, KLCC is just nearby our houses so we went there first since my friend wanted to try the apartment. Rumours has that they got the best pavlova better than Alexis. Well, we will see. So we ordered pavlova (6 in total) so that each of us will be able to try it. I have forgotten the price but it is slightly expensive than Alexis (for the total of 6). The size per pavlova is definitely smaller than alexis as what i remember. So we just ordered plain water for our pavlova . The taste for the pavlova was actually not bad. I love the cream. It is not just a simple whip cream but this one taste a little bit sour and sweet so when you eat it all together with the fruits and the pavlova itself, it kinda tasted good. I admit that this pavlova is a win win with Alexis ( both tasted very good).So there you go. a very simple and short visit at the apartment. I have eaten there once previously with my other friends and their specialty is western food. I had the most simple pasta before which is aglio olio and carbonara. It was good. We did not try some weir dishes there yet because its kinda expensive -.-" (wait until my bonus is in! ) . Ok lets go to the next cafe! Overall: Very nice environment, romantic hangout place at night.

Beautiful Sunday with my family and we are heading to KLCC for our lunch. The Apartment KLCC have local and western food and they are located at Ground Floor facing the lake. The menu is very expensive and the portion is not really worth the value. The environment is homey and comfortable , i spotted a lift at the corner side of this restaurant too. The service is slow and i always have to called them for few times only they will come to your request. We tried this Oven baked fish RM 33.90 - Baked Tilapia fillet topped with cherry tomatoes, grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese with sauteed potatoes..The taste was good with fresh tilapia..the kids love it especiallyChicken and Mushroom Pasta RM 33.90 - Spaghetti with sauteed chicken meat and mushroom with white wine garlic and cherry tomatoes. The spaghetti is spicy and the combination is weird..just not blends well.Upset with this dish..Chicken fritters and fries with mashed potatoes for the kids..Soup of the dayApartment's signature food - Ayam Percik RM 29.90. Chicken coconut chili sauce served with homemade piquant salad and spicy sambal with nasi kerabu. Purely Asian food and i do agree this is worth trying out. The chicken meat is tender and aromatic as well as the nasi kerabu.Piquant grilled chicken for dad. RM 31.90Our tables is FULL..Enjoying our brunch and another round of gathering for our family..the kids enjoying the food and drawing the crayon on the paper given by the staff..at least they are attracted with the activities while waiting for the food to be servedFree ice cream as promised but need to give them few reminders..disappointed as well..the manager said he will give some surprised..i thought of a birthday song and a small cakes..probably i expect too much..this is not Chili's Restaurant. Had this mashed potato chicken,taste pretty decent but the price is overated.The portion is small and not much meat.This tomato / mustard cooked bake chicken feel so tasteless.Price is overated as well.Overall the food is pretty normal but it takes hours to get cooked and served to us.The waiter there is bad, they only slack around chatting and doesn't pay attentionwhen we want to make an order. Bad experience.

the apartment at klcc some what reminds me of delicious restaurantit has the same dainty and fuss free interior design and furnitureyet it exudes comfy and coziness.the restaurant serves meals whole day. even at the late afternoon you can be sure that you can get a main course which people usually eat for lunchthe fish and chips is a comfort dish which cannot go wronginstead of the usual dory, the chefs at the apartment choose a locally produced fish which is talapiayou would think that it would have a rather fishy smell or soggy flesh once it is deep fried in batter but the talapia actually tasted fresh and firmthe dish comes with a side of fries and the irreplaceable tar tar sauce
