Mixed vegetables Ramen. This place is dimmed lit and it is not so clean as the building is quite an old building. This place offer a mixture of Chinese dishes with some Japanese dishes. Apart from its signature Tenka Daiichi ramen, they do offer other ramens as well such as this mixed vegetables ramen. The soup was thick and quite salty. It has mixed vegetables in it.

Fried mixed vegetables with pork set. This time around, I tried the fried mixed vegetables with pork set. This dish consisted of mixed vegetables such as green pepper, cabbages, beansprouts and lettuce. There were slices of pork together with the vegetables. It was slightly salty and oily though. Definitely has to be eaten together with the white rice to lower down the saltiness.

Fried pork cutlet is another highly ordered food besides fried chicken katsu. The pork cutlet is not oily at all and it came in the lunch set with a bowl of rice, a slice of tofu in soy sauce and a bowl of miso soup. The pork cutlet that served to the customer is always thick and big in portion. Meat is succulent and very chewy in texture. Taste wise it tasted nice with mayonaise or eat it alone will be good too.

Chicken Katsu Rice Set came with a bowl of rice, one plate of soy sauce tofu and one bowl of hot miso soup. Chicken katsu fried to golden perfection. They do put the fried chicken chop on a tray so that oil can drip away and I find it a nice way and little efforts to make thing nicer. You can eat this with mayonaise or mustard. Very nice to eat with rice and definitely one of the famous food in Tenka' s.

Tenka Daiichi Ramen House is located in a hidden area in Wisma Central beside KLCC and Avenue K. This plate of gozu dumplings came in four dumplings, you can order it as ala cart or come with lunch set. Taste wise, dumplings are full of pork meat taste, not too raw but meat is tender and succulent. The filling of these dumplings are meat and some carrots. Very nice to eat as snacks and suitable for everyone.

Tenka Daiichi Ramen for lunch again. This is their famous ramen soup that came in ala carte but you can actually order it from the lunch set that will be served with four fried dumpling (gozu). This ramen soup has an average thickness of broth. Not too thick but just nice. It came in a big bowl with one big piece of pork meat, seaweed, vegetables and sprinkled with spring onions. Taste wise this is slightly salty but overall acceptable.

Tenka Daiichi Ramen Restaurant is hidden Japanese restaurant in Wisma Central. It is located deep in the wisma and got to know it only when I eat at the shop over it's restaurant. There is a friendly uncle who will serve most of the customers and from what he had recommended, we ordered this fried pork ball in a lunch set. It came with small bowl of soup, a piece of tofu with soy sauce and two large pork ball. Taste wise the pork balls are average. Not too salty or oily. Very chewy for the meat

Fried tofu with seafood set. The fried tofu with seafood came stacking like a mountain. The ingredients were cabbages, fried tofu, prawns and squids. Although the ingredients and cooking style was simple, it does have enough flavour to satisfy us. The prawns and squids were fresh. The gravy was typically Chinese cooking style, not too salty and not bland either, with a little bit of garlic.

Green pepper pork ramen. I have always opt for rice dishes when I dined in this shop. However, that day I felt like eating soup-based noodle, so I chose this green pepper pork ramen. The green pepper was a lot. The broth was very flavourful, strong black pepper taste and it was quite “spicy” as some ginger were added. I love the broth so much. The pork slices were not too hard and the ramen was soft.

Tenka Daiichi Ramen. This ramen is their signature ramen since the name also was named after the restaurant. It came along with a jar of pickled vegetables that allow us to add into the ramen. These pickles were slightly sour and spicy. The ramen contained pork slices, seaweed and sesame. It was not too thick but the pork broth flavour was there. It was slightly salty.

Fried Green pepper with beef set. The beef slices were stirred fried with green pepper and some carrots. The taste was quite flavourful, it was slightly salty, thus has to be eaten with rice. The green peppers were crunchy and the portion was big. Although the beef was cooked till well-done, it was not too tough, can be chewed off easily. This dish contained a lot of garlic which I like.

"Wui Wo Yuk" (Stirred fried meat with cabbage). Whenever I patron this shop, I would almost always order this "Wui wo yuk" set. The pork slices were stir fried with a lot of shredded cabbages. The brown sauce used in this stir fried was not too salty, just nice flavour. The meat and cabbages were coated with the sauce nicely. The cabbages were crunchy. I like this dish.

Ramen gyoza set. The ramen came with three pieces of gyoza. The gyoza size was big and pan fried till golden brown. The minced meat fillings were slightly salty and the skin was slightly oily, but it was nice no doubt. The pork ramen has pork slices and seaweed. The broth was slightly salty but clear. The pork slices were soft. Overall, it was a good bowl of pork ramen.

Minced pork ball set. The minced pork ball set is another signature dish in this restaurant. It came in two big pieces of minced pork balls, actually is huge! The minced pork balls were deep fried. The breaded coating was slightly crunchy. The minced pork fillings were soft and not too salty. Overall, the minced pork balls were tender and I almost could not finish it.

Deep fried pork chop set. The pork chop came with shredded cabbages. The lemon was squeezed on to the deep fried pork so that I won't feel the oiliness of it. The pork chop was thick and quite big. It was cut into pieces and topped with some brown sour sauce. The pork chop was crispy and soft on the inside. However, due to its big portion, I felt a bit muak eating the whole piece.
