Tanjung Tualang Prawn House (Closed)

这煲沙煲亚三鱼一端上座，就看到一层辣椒油在上面，单看卖相就觉得挺辣的！简直非常的惹人喜欢，味道酸酸辣辣，只是亚三汁而已就可以令人大吃两碗饭呢！鱼肉鲜甜，里面还有物品喜欢的番茄，羊角豆。这锅沙煲亚三鱼味道挺辣的，不是很能吃辣的朋友记得小心噢~

比起甘香螃蟹，我还是比较喜欢我的至爱咸蛋螃蟹。因为他的的味道十分的棒！这里的蟹肉很新鲜也比较甜，如果不新鲜的螃蟹它的肉有点绵绵的。咸蛋螃蟹的外壳有很浓郁的咸蛋味道，简直令人垂涎三尺。螃蟹的膏非常的美味，我的天呀,我的胆固醇爆标啦！

这里的干煎大虾味道跟督亚冷的差不多，我喜欢那种干煎的味道，咸咸的，和饭一起吃是最好不过呢。干煎大虾最讲究的就是虾的鲜味。这里的大虾十分的新鲜，都是现叫现捉的。虾头挺大的，里面充满着浓浓的虾膏呢，肉质非常的甜，嫩，口感非常的弹牙！

The famous of Tanjung Tualang is the fresh and huge head water prawns. We order their signature cooking : Deep Fried (although it looks like steam to me)Its deep fried and showered by marinated soy sauce. Asam Pedas Fish @ RM49.00The asam pedas comes in a claypot. It is cooked with ladies fingers, tomatos, green chilies and many spices. The fish is quite fresh and lots of meat. The asam soup is quite oily which has a thick layer of chili oil on top. Friends enjoyed drinking the soup because it has the sweetness taste too. But I find it too spicy for me.

Tanjung Tualang Prawn House has been open in Kota Damansara for years. It's near the Giza Mall and opposite the 7-11. The Restaurant signage is quite simple with a big font of ''Prawn House''.
