Hakka Mee Pok. Tang Pin Kitchen is famous for its hakka mee pok, I would not miss a chance not to order it. The hakka noodle was topped with minced meat, spring onions and of course my favourite - pork lards. It also came along with a bowl of soup that has fish cake slices and vegetables. The noodle was moist with the minced meat and the taste was slightly bland, but it was good.

This is pan fried dumpling, it is fried till crunchy, when you bite on it, there are very little of soup coming out from the dumpling. Inside the dumpling is minced pork, it is very yummy, not to salty, but moisture a bit, outside is fried till crunchy, very good combination. It also come with sauce which is ginger slice with vinegar, suggest to eat together with the dumpling, it will add a different taste to the dumpling. Must try items in the shop, it is tasty.

In the menu, this is the snack that recommended by showing a good signed, no harm give it a try. It is consist of fried fish cake, fried fish paste roll with fu zuk. The fish paste is fresh and nice, this is home made fish paste, did not put in those MSG items. Fried till crisply and come with some chili sauce for dipping, taste is a bit salty but still acceptable. The hainan coffee mixed is full with aroma and bubbles on top, but the milk is too much, coffee taste is not very strong when drink.

This fried noodles sound very unique and new to me, I have not tried this kind of fried noodles in any other shop yet. They use two different kind of noodles, one of the noodles is Chee Cheong Fen and the other noodles is made of fish paste. This two different kind of combination make the fried noodles very special, the taste is good, there are a lot of bean sprouts in it too. But you will need to finish it fast as the bean sprouts will make the dish become watery after some times.

這是這裡著名的菜式之一，用瓦煲來承裝以保持粥的熱度，粥裡面有很多吊片絲，炸魚餅，豬肉渣，肉碎等等。吃入口的粥很綿密，味道適中，不會太鹹，每一口都吃到吊片絲的味道。這個粥是兩人份的，很好吃，也很特別。雖然不知道這個炒粥是怎樣煮的，味道有炒的香味，又有那種把粥熬煮出來的綿密，很贊！

The restaurant is very crowded, limited seat available. Food variety are mostly noodles and snacks. This is one of the signature dishes call golden noodles. It come with a half cooked egg and few pieces of fried fish cake, most important is the minced pork and crunchy fried pork cracklings. All of this ingredients make the noodles super delicious. 絕味炒粥 (兩人份) Fried Porridge (For Two Person) - RM 12.00天品雅厨的絕味炒粥至少是兩人份的。 絕味炒粥是客家佬非常喜愛的。炒粥只有一個 size, 至少要兩人份。炒粥裏有濃郁的魷魚香，帶點淡淡的豬油渣，加上新鮮的魚餅，而且粥也很香滑。非常好吃哦！

腸粉腐竹卷 - RM 6.00天品雅厨的腸粉腐竹卷很適合老少青年的一道小吃。腸粉腐竹卷裏面包的是魚肉腐竹，外成澇上薄薄的辣椒醬，入口清爽，薄薄香滑的腸粉再加上厚實的魚肉腐竹，讓人很有滿足感的一道美食。我喜歡，也非常推介

招牌天品面卜 Signature Tang Pin Mee Pok - RM 6.00位于 SS2 (和 ESH 電器店同排) 裏的天品雅廚 ，店裏的裝修擁有六十年代的懷古氣氛，而且環境很雅觀。食客可以選擇在店裏或在店外用餐。招牌天品面卜 Signature Tang Pin Mee Pok - RM 6.00天品雅廚所自制的\魚麵爽口彈牙，肉脆和豬油渣整體吃起來就很好。但個人是認爲，味道是淡了點, 但是還是很可口。

黃金家鄉面 Golden Homeland Mee - RM 7.90如果你和我一樣是魚肉制品的食客，那你一定一定要來天品雅廚！天品雅廚所自制的手工魚丸，魚餅，魚麵，魚滑和各種釀豆腐等等小吃，都是不含防腐劑的。這個黃金家鄉面有夠讓我難忘的。麵條很有彈性，魚餅香脆可口，半生熟蛋一粒，加上少許的肉脆，最後用來點綴的除了青蔥外，豬油渣更是粒粒分明。

Tau Fu Fa. I have been to Tang Pin many times but in my previous visits, I never ordered the tau fu fa. So this time, I ordered it since I wanted to try it. We ordered the tau fu fa with white sugar. The tau fu fa was very soft and smooth until it was spoon slippery. The amount of sugar given was just nice to add sweetness to the tau fu fa. I would order this tau fu fa again for my next visit.

Fu Chuk skin roll. The fu chuk skin roll was simple: fu chuk fish paste wrapped in chee cheong fun and topped with some sauce. I have no problem with the fu chuk and its fish paste, the combination was springy, nice to bite and the fu chuk skin gave some saltiness to it. However, I think the sauce and the chee cheong fun does not match with each other, it tasted weird to me.

Curry chee cheong fun. Since I have eaten their signature hakkamee and fried fish noodle many times, I decided to order something different. I went with the curry cheecheong fun. The cheecheong fun was topped with minced meat and filled with curry. The cheecheong fun was thick and big pieces. The curry was not thick, a bit light I would say. Overall, it was so-so for me.

Mini dumpling. Since there were a big group of us, we ordered the mini dumpling, fuchukcheecheong fun for sharing. That proved too much for us as we were struggling to finish the dumpling after our main course. The dumpling was being pan-fried nicely, it was really crispy on one side. The fillings were not too salty and moist. Together with the vinegar and ginger, it tasted really good.

Nasi dagang. They have this special nasidagang on a Sunday and my dining partner decided to order it since there was still available. The nasidagang came with acar and a bowl of curry. The curry has a lot of chilli which we do not know how to savour it. There was some fish meat inside the curry too. The curry was too light for my liking as I like heavy-flavoured curry. The rice was fine though.
