After cooking it, it does not looks ugly anymore, the taste of it is just like eating chicken just the size of it is slightly abit smaller

I had tried alot of different prawn during steamboat but this is my first time trying this drunken prawn, at first we were served with the prawn with the sauce differently, then we were asked to soaked to the sauce for awhile before we pour it into the broth - the sauce and the prawn together. When the prawn is cooked actually there is not much different on the prawn just that the soup were taste like alcohol

It would fells incomplete if o went for a steamboat and the is no meat slides - i mean pork slices.The pork slices here were so delicious, you can clearly see from the photo there is at least two different layer on every slides of the meat, and it is not too thin were when you eat it you can still feel the meat, the important thing is you will feel like the meat melt in you mouth when you out it in.Another thing you can try to eat with the meat is their own signature chili sauce, the chili sauce

The dishes that we had ordered were mainly all cooked except the raw ingredient, the prawn were so fresh, remember not to over cook it if not the meat will be rough. It is verty easy to peel the skin of the prawn this shows that the prawn is fresh

We had first ordered two different broth which is the porridge and clear soup, there is somethig special with the way they cook the porridge because the porridge that they are having were different with those that we find in other restaurant, the smashed the rice before they cook it this is their porridge looks like more watery.

After trying the first two broth the owner of the restaurant recommended us to try another two of their signature tom yam and herbal soup.
This two soup is just okie only compare to the earlier one, the tomyam were too salty and not spicy enough, the herbal soup taste weird, feels like they use pepper in their soup but still it is still consider acceptable

To know whether a restaurant's food were fresh or not the must ingredient that you must try is fish slide, this is because fish slide will get spoil very fast if it is not kept at a cold place.I'm not sure what type of fish that they are using but the fish were cuted in a bigger slide compare to other restaurant but at least when you cook this fish it still remain one piece. 再来就是醉虾了~~~~他们的虾很新鲜哦!!浸在混合了黄酒、绍兴酒和米酒里面一段时间,虾就会醉了.... 我们将药材汤底里的生锅料吃完后,剩下的药材汤就加入醉虾然后让它煮滚。这样一大锅的醉虾就成了!!!这醉虾真的很够味很好料!!!老板也没吝啬他的酒.......我啊!就吃了一碗而已.....竟然有点醉醺醺的感觉.......哈哈哈!再来!好玩的!就是醉虾伊面了......和吃黄酒面线一样的味道....Yummy Yummy!!

这是side order。鱼肉片,老板说这是dolly鱼,鱼肉质感超软滑的。这是田鸡!当然也是side order的..... 还有就是猪肉片!这猪肉片不是机器切片的,而是人工切片,所以薄厚是不一致的,口感也比较丰富。好啦!用以上的三种食材,我们就可以煮出美味的.........鱼片粥、田鸡粥和猪肉片粥了!!不对!还有!加个鸡蛋下去就变成了蛋花粥,只是加海鲜就变成海鲜粥!!tala~~~~是不是很棒很好玩???不过玩归玩,味道可不是玩的,是很不错滴!!!

In addition, the meat balls are very chewy too. Nice to be eaten along with some vermicelli, noodles and some ‘fu chok’ product as these ingredients, help to absorb the gist and richness of the broth. You may also dip the fishballs or meatballs with their Special Sauce and Spicy Sate Sauce. No wonder it’s called the Signature Steamboat Set.
And also, we enjoy the companion and amiability of the boss too

You could also opt for their Tom Yam as well as the Herbal soup base. Both are equally good, depending on what you’re craving for
However, I personally think that the former is far too sour and when boiled with Yee Mee noodle, the dish just don’t taste right. Unless, it is being diluted bit with some additional hot boiling water, should be fine then
