For those who are really active in Pudu area, I believe they should know about Wai Sek Gai. Wai Sek is a cantonese pronounciation which is gluttonous. I used to have it when I was a child. This Tai Bu Mee is a Hakka Cusine. They sell Tai Bu Me and Lao Shu Fen too. Lao Shu Fen (aka Rat noodle) is a type of noodle which is made of rice and because the appearance looks like a rat tail so it's the name history. I like how they made their own noodles instead of getting from the large manufacturer. The Tai Bu Me is the signature dish and it's my favourite too. The Tai Bu Mee is boiled and stirs with pork oil and then some choi sum and minced pork and some char siew are placed on top of the noodles. Besides that, wantons with soup is served together too The noodles you can ordered in whether dry or with soup. I personally like dry because it has more flavour. The price for small is RM5.50.
