Food Court 瓦煲伊面 @ 斯嘉城不夜天美食中心 is located at cheras and i like the yee mee soup here. clear and tasty sweet taste of the soup and still there with some vegetables on it. the yee mee is crispy too. also order the tea.they also have menu such as homemade curry noodle, chee cheong fun and other side dishes which look interesting as well. an continue reading

claypot yee meeThis is the claypot yee mee.This is now so common in chinese kopitiam.And i really like to order this because the claypot. It look so traditional and the soup will be more hot.The yee mee is soft and tasty.The soup is so tasty and strong pork taste.They added some minced pork and pork ball.The pork ball is quite nice.I like the egg very much.The egg is so fresh and notcooked yet because they add it into the soup and let the soup slowly cook it. continue reading

Besides the very famous Ah Cheng Laksa in town, I also tried this very infamous laksa at Cheras food court. It is often ordered by the crowd, despite of the very small portion.Asam laksa at this stall comes in a very petite size as we pay at least RM1 lesser than the usual ones. Yet, it is fully garnished with leaves, lime and egg, Personally, i feel that the asam gravy is quite thick, with a lot of fish chunks in it. Thumbs up. But the noodle is overly soft, especially when soaked for long.Overall, it is not so sour, so I have to add lime to add more flavours into the broth. continue reading
