虽然我也已经吃过不少好吃的潮州粥，可是今天这一家的粥和他们家的配菜都很精致，我点了个卤鸭，他们的卤汁很香很浓，鸭肉都卤得很入味，所以配着那清淡的粥，别有一番风味。

Traditional Teochew porridge is the raison d'etre of Swatow, only a few steps away from Hutong's main stalls in Lot 10. Dozens of side dishes are available to accompany the porridge, including pork intestines & braised duck, which could have been meatier, more tender and flavorful. Pork blood (terrific texture) & pork meat (ermmm, not so terrific). Rather bland tofu & pig ears. For once, a bit more MSG might have been welcome. Piping-hot porridge, with some forgettable chicken soup. Maybe we should have requested peanuts and salted egg to help make the meal tastier.
