There would be a piece of paper on your table teaching you how to eat shabu shabu the japanese way. First, crack a raw egg, then dip your cooked meat into it and then eat it. It didn't taste funny, but it did lowered down the temperature of the meat very quickly. I really like the chili sauce they serve there. Couldn't get enough of the combination of meat + raw egg + chili! Please remember to get your free serving of ice cream too after you have finished eating!A friendly advice, do eat the shabu-shabu first before eating the sushi as it will make you feel very full and I think it is a waste to actually eat these instead of the meats! This is what my friend told me too, but it was too late because I already took some to our table. A great deal for free-flow beef and lamb. Can't get enough of it! They also have a limited time for you to eat that is 2 hours which is actually more than enough for you to devour everything till you're full.

For beef lovers, Suki-ya (japanese buffet steamboat) is one of the place that I will recommend you to visit. Suki-Ya was born from the combination of specialized shops in Japan serving hot pot, shabu-shabu. You can order as many beef as you like, of course as usual you are not allow to waste any food. There is 4 choices of soup and I ordered a Shabu-Shabu soup & Kimuchi soup. The special bout this place is the way they eat the beef. There is a few step to enjoy the delicious sukiyaki. 1st step is you have to fill 1/2 of the pot with sukiyaki stock and boil it. 2nd step you should add in onion , leeks and vegetables for best flavor. The 3rd step is to put in the meat into the boiling soup, once the meat ready, you should dip the meat to a beaten raw egg and enjoy your meat. hhmm... yummy Not just the beef, there is others food too, but for me, I think the beef that served is the best with the eating steps. Ooh, before I forget, you could have 2 hours to enjoy your food at there once you start to eat.

For meat lover sure you would want to come here to give it a try. you will get an unlimited refill of meat - halal meat- of beef, mutton and chicken.It is actually a buffet style of japanese steamboat where there is a food counter full with different type of vegetables like white taufu mushrooms and so onThere is a few soup choices to choose where it is free of charge - inclusive in the price of the buffet.They had a pot which looks like ying and yang which can put in 2 different soupBut the price is quite expensive- RM35 ++ i would give 6/10

suki ya is the nice dining place with the free flow buffet the thin slices of the chicken meat is unlimited and sweet enough when dip into the soup. very delicious and they have Free flow of healthy side dishes which have the fresh vegetables, mushrooms, meat balls, taufu, corn, udon and lots more.4 types of soup base available and some ala carte side dish to choose from

Been here with family for buffet lunch as the price per pax is cheap compare to buffet offers by other restaurant or hotel.The decoration of this restaurant looks classy and clean, and there is many food for your to choose.Different type of sushi, vege, meat, seafood and dessert.The meat taste very nice when put in a hot boiled soup and the green tea ice cream also my favorite.
