One of my favourite lunchtime restaurant is none other than Steam Room. It's dishes are consistently great and healthy. They uses very little oil and alot of the dishes are steamed, just like their name. This time, I ordered the ginger pork minced meat steam rice. The ginger eliminated the porky smell of the minced pork since it's steamed. The ginger alone also was very fragrant. The pork was thoroughly cooked and went well with the rice and vege. Wanting to eat steam egg, I ordered an ala carte dish and a separate bowl of rice to go with it. When it came, I was quite surprised at the portion of the dish, it was big and I would be full even without the additional bowl of rice. But then again, it would be a bit too salty without rice not because of the salted egg but because of the minced pork and the essence at the base on the plate. 这一款是他们的甜点。这一款甜点集合了不同的水果，有切丁的芒果，草莓，柚子等等。还有一些口感软软的jelly。淋上柠檬汁，味道合起来酸酸甜甜的，有各种不同味道的水果配搭，很有层次感。

这是他们的菊花参须，它是冷的，可是却没有冰块在里面，只是放进冰箱而已。它的味道喝起来非常的浓郁。甜甜的菊花味中又带了点苦苦甘甘的参须味。合起来感觉非常的解渴。好喝。

这一款是他们的招牌鸡。他们的鸡肉吃起来还蛮不错的，肌肉非常的新鲜，而且也非常的肥美。吃起来肉的质感非常的好，滑滑的，不会难咬。鸡肉上面有蔬菜盛着一些姜戎的浆料，跟鸡一起吃非常好吃。

菜单上写的是菜谱肉碎可是却没有看见任何的肉碎和菜谱，像是清炒菜而已，只有一些爆香了的蒜米而已。客人可以依自己的喜好选择要菜旦，芥兰或者是生菜。 一份的价钱是RM16.80。

这一款是他们的炸茄子，他们把茄子切成条状，炸成好像薯条那样，吃起来的口感非常的脆，可是还是可以品尝到茄子的味道，还有一些茄子本身软软的口感。配上一些鸡丝，增添了炸茄子的味道。

这一款宝盒豆腐是他们这里的招牌，它是还蛮不错吃的。豆腐里面装了许多切丁的，不同的蔬菜类。吃起来非常有层次感。豆腐的上层则是一些海苔类。还有椰菜花配搭。一份的价钱是RM18.80。

这一款上海式的蒸饺子味道是不错的。喜欢它里面的酿肉，分量还蛮多的，整个饺子包的非常的结实而且饱满，里面的酿肉是有加入韭菜的，这样整个饺子吃起来更加的有层次感，好吃。

这一款料理吃起来是不错的。它吵得非常够火候，吃起来是油油的，可是就是这样才会香。这整个里面的配料也蛮多的，有豆芽青葱还有不少的虾子。rice noodle roll也蛮入味的，口感软软，吃起来不错。

Many friends have commended on the ginger chicken steam rice so this time, I decided to try it myself. The dish came with a very strong gingery smell and I knew that it's my order. First of all, I must declare my love for the rice because it was moist and soft. The chicken was all good but what I find amazing is the salted fish. It was very well blended together with the chicken and also the rice. But as I continue to eat, it became saltier. Probably the amount of salted fish is too much. The vege is also fresh.

因为在场有不吃猪肉的朋友在，所以选了一碟主厨特别推荐的芥兰炒饭...用的芥兰都很新鲜，一咬就断,而且炒饭火候十足...吃着吃着，发现相似猪肉的物体在里面，心想糟了!正打算要向服务生查询时，朋友说道当它是鸡就算了...到最后，我们都不知道那是什么肉...

吃饭前来个前菜开开胃，看了看，想吃一点甜甜辣辣的...最终选了个鸡肉丝炸茄子为开胃菜.不出所料，甜甜松松的鸡肉丝满足到我的胃口，值得一提的是倘若不和你说是炸茄子，你还以为是炸马铃薯呢...
