my mother likes this ice kacang very much so that's why we came here even after we already had dinnerthey serve the ice kacang now in a disposable bowl which i find it very un-environmentally friendlythey also give you a straw which is rather unique cause some places only give you a spooni mean why would you need a straw when you can use a spoon?the ice kacan is white on one side because of the evaporated milk, pink on one side because of the sirap, and brown on the other because of the brown sugar

Whenever am passing by PJ area during the weekend, most of the time, I’ll try to drop by at SS2 area, to quench my thirst with its ABC dessert, especially after-lunch time where you would occasionally feel a peckish and looking for something to graze on, hehe…..kinda got hooked up ever since, unless I get to travel back to Penang again, hehe. This neighborhood food court is quite familiar amongst the local folks there. Even during my tertiary level, I’ve been hearing from my friends that this place serves good ABC dessert. And I guess, it holds some truth within it.This shaved ice dessert is a tad different from the usual version I have in Penang. I would say this comes with extra oomphs It somehow presents you with a goldmine mountain of edible treasures like red bean, cendol, cincau, corn, coloured jellies and some peanuts as well. The peanuts are very chunky, with the silkly smooth jellies, and thus liven up the overall enjoyment!I pretty much enjoy the rivulet-flowing golden corns syrup too. It actually tastes full of santan and gula Melaka goodness with the right consistency of shaved ice and syrups, minus out the minor portion of chipped ice I guess… Other than that, it’s still very enjoyable by slurping the delicious slush on the top first

This ABC is not as good as some of the stalls in SS2 Selera Malam. It's quite diluted with too much ice with little evaporated milk and gula melaka, which is the essence of ABC. The taste is not as rich. The condiments are ok, not too bad. But the taste is a bit too 'fake sweet'. The ice texture is kinda rough, as expected from a stall at the selera malam. It was quite a disappointment and we didn't finish it in the end...

This ABC stall can be considered one of the longest serving stall in Selera Malam, it has been there since I was young and we are indeed loyal customers to the stall.Ais Batu Campur (ABC) in bowl (RM2.30). The condiments were red jelly, green jelly, sweet corns, red beans, black grass jelly covered with shaved ice. The shaved ice top with sarsi syrup, rose syrup and evaporated milk. The shaved ice simmered with syrup was very sweet. The sweetness has toned down once the shaved ice has melted. The sweet corns were crunchy. The various jelly gave the ABC a chewy texture. The red beans were sweet too.
