Another recommended dish here at Souled Out is the Sizzling Lamb Cutlet. It is marinated in special blend of Indian herbs and served on a sizzling plate. The sizzling plate makes the flavour more intense as the spices’ fragrance filled the air at the table. The lamb cutlets are tender and juicy. Most of all, it came without the gamy taste. One dessert is never enough. The must-try dessert here at Souled Out is the Lava Cake. Although it looked small, it is big in taste! The warm moist chocolate is a delight to have as it is really rich in chocolate taste. It is topped with praline sauce and Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream. The sensation is good when the cold ice cream meets the warm chocolate. Such a wonderful way to end the meal. Bliss!

For dessert, we ordered the Pannacotta. It comes in a small serving and it’s actually quite cute to look at. We had the raspberry flavour instead of caramel. This Italian style cream mousse is sweet to the palate and has a very smooth finishing. It’s a little too sweet for my liking. Nevertheless, it’s quite a good dessert has it has a strong fragrance of vanilla.

For a variety, we ordered the Sake San. There are fresh salmon strips on top of the pizza with Japanese mayonnaise. Besides that, each pizza slice is topped with fresh salad, adding some crunch to the thin-crusted pizza. I loved this as it gives out a refreshing taste with the fresh salmon and salad while the mayonnaise adds flavour to it. It also has a hint of wasabi for the extra kick!

I also ordered the Seafood Marinara as my friends do not take beef. The penne is al-dente, while the tomato based sauce is at the right consistency, not too thick or watery. It also has quite a strong sourish flavour, which is to my liking. It comes with generous serving of mussels, prawns, squid and fish chunks too. All the seafood is done well too. I liked the tender fish chunks. It does not give out the fishy taste.

I loved the Char-grilled Chicken at Souled Out. It is infused with aromatic black pepper sauce where it doesn’t drown the fragrance of the chicken due to the char-grilled method. The black pepper is just nice without being too spicy. It is served with sautéed mushrooms and panache vegetables, which is a delight to have. It also comes with mashed potato, placed underneath the chicken.

Lamb Shank is tender and flavourful; the gravy is very nice if eaten with freshly baked crusty bread like baguette. The portion is huge, with mash potatoes and a bed of grilled vegetables. RM36.Fish & Chips is one of the safest items you can order from any restaurant. Nothing bad or surprisingly nice to comment about that dish. RM25.The Beefed Out pizza that we shared is quite yummy.
