This place is a used to be a great restaurant. Has been around for close to 18 years now. Sadly though they have lost their luster. Service is simply appalling. Dishes come out sporadically so it is awkward in the table as to eat or wait. Example last night 1 dish came while 4 others showed up 20 minutes later and the last came 30 minutes after the 1st. This was after multiple complaints to the staff on where the last meal is. Then came desserts which came 30 minutes after ordering. Best part the place isn't even packed. It just doesn't make sense for an establishment that has been around for so long. The service staff could not be bothered and we had to wave them down multiple times to request where are the meals. No explanation or apologies. When we questioned during payment they even said that the kitchen is fully staffed and they are not busy. Dumbfounded.Highly disappointing as this is a great hangout spot. Food is still good although portions have reduced over the years. However whenever service is below par the whole experience just drops. Will not be returning. continue reading

Went there today for lunch with colleagues to the Bangsar South outlet. I ordered Curry Laksa but the taste was bad and I was given a half-cooked chicken drumstick! When I alerted the workers about it, THREE of them came over to look at the chicken and one of them finally said "I will inform the kitchen".. And then guess what, not a single apology, no replacement and worst of all I still had to pay for the 10% service charge although I would rate the service as PITIFULLY POOR in addition to BAD FOOD. I had an utterly bad experience dining in this premise. Definitely gonna discourage my other colleagues and friends from dining here ! continue reading

This is a very nice chill out place, the restaurant is very spacious, two story and corner shop lot. Parking is not a problem too. When you step in to the place, the staff give a warm welcome by greetings you. Menu variety is a lot, we try this wood fired pizza which look nice. There is a lot of ham, pineapple and cheese spread on top on the pizza, not to forget the pizza crust is very crunchy and thin, taste is good. Yummy! continue reading
