If you been Taiwan before, i sure that you had tried the Taiwan style oyster mee sua. The Shihlin in Malaysia one is selling the Taiwan food and snacks. The famous one is this oyster mee sea, with the topping of chili, oyster, chicken floss. I had try different outlet in different, i found that not every outlet they served the same taste of food. Well, this one is consider good taste because the oyster is fresh, not in very big size, but not bad too, at least it wont smelly. In Taiwan the oyster used all in very big size one, it still have a little bit different from the original Taiwan Oyster mee sua. continue reading
