Every time I return to Penang, I would never fail to come here for its Xiao Long Bao which is quite tasty. At the price of RM 8.80, the 4 pieces were quite ok. Somehow, this time, I felt that the skin is a little too thick. I also tried to order to the Chicken Mushroom Pao (RM 5.80) which was quite normal. But it was better than the normal pao. The Pu Er Chinese Tea only costs RM 2.40 for 2 pax.

This time round I ordered the Pockey Mouse Pao which had lotus cheesy filling. It was quite cute to take pics with.

I also ordered the Chee Cheong Fan but it was not that great and a bit too much flour and lacked filling.

The Fish Lamian is handmade was tasty as we like it. Smooth and clear. Nice for a heaty body.

The Prawn Dumplings were as tasty as I remember every time I frequent here whenever I am back in Penang.

The soup was very flavourful and delicious and I could not really detect much MSG in the soup.

Very nice and highly recommended dish, especially when served with their ramen.

This dish costs RM9.80.

One of the must order dishes when I visit a Shanghai based restaurant is the Xiao Long Bao. This dish arrived around the same time as the noodles, so it was a welcoming sight. The Xiao Long Bao here is not too bad but it can be better. I love the soup filling and the minced pork in the bao as it was delicious and well flavoured. However, I would prefer a much thinner skin of the bao, as I find it a little too thick for my liking.A serving comes in 4 pieces and it costs RM6.80.

This dish is very cute as it really does resemble a mouse with sharp thorns, similar to a certain famous game character of a yellow electric mouse.

This dish is arrived first, and therefore it was our appetizer. It was quite a suitable appetizer as it is filled with lotus paste. The filling was sweet, flavourful but quite hot so I had to wait for it to cool down a little.

Basically quite a good appetizer and it could be eaten as a dessert as well and it costs RM5.50.

I ordered the spring onion Ramen as it was among one of the recommended dish by the restaurant. To my surprise, it was served with some smooth peanut sauce which it is optional to be mixed into the noodles. Although this dish does not have any meat in it, the dish has a unique unchopped deep fried spring onions which goes well with the noodles.

This dish costs RM5.50.
