Sentul Ah Yip had a lot of branches and we pop to one of the branches to try. So, what we ordered – of course is the most recommended meal la which is the Ah Yap charcoal hokkien mee. This hokkien mee or called tai lok mee is actually using charcoal to cooked. It is said that, meals which are cooked by charcoal are nicer and the taste is more oishi. Neverless, believe it not, the taste of the Hokkien Mee is nice.. and is well cooked.. and very oishi.. Yummy.The taste is simply full of wok hei the the noodles texture is good as well.
