I love Sentidos. It's such a romantic (but expensive!) yet inspiring fine dining establishment. Inspiring because the deco's so culturally colorful; depicting the Spanish's enthuasiasm for life well. The Tapas was simply superb; we had grilled baby squid, chilli beans, spiced watercress veges, chilli potatoes amongst others. For our mains me and hubby had the Seafood Paella,which I have to say was a slight letdown. They used local rice grains in replacements for the coarser grains normally used in paellas. So it doesn't taste as good :-( Tapas was superb though.. have it with a glass of sangria

We walked over to Sentidos Tapas, Starhill's stalwart. Escargot-&-chicken paella. We caught the scintillating scent of saffron when this landed on our table. In the end, it wasn't a bad paella, but it's not a knockout. Sangria, pretty potent at only RM25++ per glass. it's almost like a sangria smoothie! Cocktails might not be on Sentidos' menu, but ask & you'll receive a Mojito & more. Bellini, unimpeachable for peachy pleasure.
