I first ordered a Pasta Vongolle. This set comes with refillable iced lemon tea, unlimited soup, garlic bread and caesar salad. While waiting for the food to be served, I get some soup and garlic bread from the salad bar first. The soup of the day is mushroom soup, the taste of the soup is just normal. The garlic bread is baked till crispy, the texture is more like eating biscuit instead of bread. There are only a few clams and some mushroom inside the pasta, yet the taste is quite nice.
When I was eating halfway, the staff serves me a plate of Creamy Pesto with Fish which I didn't order. I think it's a wrong order from other customer. I accept it anyway since I almost finish mine. The taste is not bad but the sauce is too creamy and thick which might make me feel full easily. The fish is very nice that they grilled until the outer layer to be crispy.
After I finished it, I order a Cajun Garlic Shrimp. I think this is the best among all the pasta that I ordered, but it only comes with 3 shrimps. However I can understand that it's very reasonable for the price. After I finished this, I am almost 70% full already.
Then I decided to order a last plate, I ordered a Chicken Carbonara. The taste of this pasta is very nice too. Inside got some grilled chicken cubes and mushroom.
After eating, they also serve us a scoop of ice-cream. This ice-cream isn't very nice though. Overall, the taste of the pasta is very nice even though the ingredients isn't very much but it's totally understood that the price for the food is more than enough. It's strongly recommended for big eater to eat there."
Offering New Orleans cuisine tweaked for Malaysian tastebuds, this is an interesting outlet with a lake view on Plaza Kelana Jaya's waterfront.
Seafood gumbo (sauteed seafood with creamy sauce stirred in herbs, spices and mozzarella). The menu's description fails to mention that there's mainly rice under this layer of seafood. But never mind _ it tasted excellent.
The lamb shank was marvelous. Cooked in its own juice with red wine and rosemary, this was tender and incredibly flavourful. I rarely order lamb shank because it isn't usually memorable, but this is worth returning for!
Louisiana's blackened chicken was another pleasant surprise. Cut in pieces and tossed with corn, it tasted good enough to remind us that chicken doesn't have to be boring.
The jambalaya tasted like a so-so seafood risotto.
The prawn spaghetti was all right. The pasta was cooked reasonably well, and they didn't skimp on the prawns.
We also had Louisiana's soft shell crab with Cajun seasoning (a big letdown, this was insanely overpriced considering the meagre portion of soft shell crab) and the pan-seared butter fish coated with breadcrumbs (not fresh enough, though the honey mustard sauce was nice).
There were frame of pictures hanging on the wall at the narrow pathway that leads you from the back door to the restaurant .
Louisiana has a very serene environment, embellish with warm lamp , yellow light, neat chairs and rectangular tables.
We prefer to dine outdoor, whereby we get to view the serene , not-too-clear lake,while enjoying the 'lake breeze'.

Wasn't enjoying my VIP Grill because I think they can still be improved, Chicken was okay, but lack of some 'kick'; lamb were too hard to chew, whereas I hate Doryfish.. and I am not a carb lover...so.. ahem.
Clam seafood Pasta.
Third serving, Carbonara Pasta, with pieces of chicken chunks and musrooms.
It came with 3 pieces of lamb rack with boiled vegetables such as potatoes, carrots and etc at the side. The lamb was cooked nicely until medium well, very tender and juicy. Together with their special cajun seasoning, this dish was delicious! I enjoyed the sauce alot!
As compared to rack of lamb, this dish seemed to be a little ordinary. It came with 2 pieces of lamb shoulder, fries, salad and a dip of mint sauce. I was quite dissappointed with this as the lamb is overly cooked and they were so difficult to bite and chew.
