Kid eat for free

We are attracted by its promotion of Kid eat for free on Sunday and decide to have a bite. Interestingly there is a vegetarian section for its menu. The service is different from what I used to. The staff only takes order on its drink. Water is chargeable at RM1++. For iced water, a glass of ice cubes is provided where one help yourself to the hotwater tap. It tastes like toppings on supermarket type of frozen pizza base with sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise. Interesting combination.

 The free kid's meal consists of Ebiko (Prawn Roe) sushi, Tamago (Egg Roll) sushi, Inari (Sweet Bean Curd Skin) sushi, Futomaki and Fish cakes. Quite cute looking.

Certain outlets with lower traffic tend to serve ingredients that are not too fresh resulting in the lack of quality in their sushi. Reason being, they would have to store their stocks a little longer hence most of the time, their sushi is not that impressive compared to those with higher traffic of customers. The envelopes of sweet bean curd with egg mayo on it is fresh and delicious. Although huge and difficult to eat, I love this one.

Maki rolls are sushi with Japanese dish of sushi rice, fish, and/or vegetables wrapped in a seaweed sheet (nori). Most of the time they are rolled in sizes that is pleasant and enjoyable when eating. But those in my opinion cannot be any harder to eat or bite if compared to the inari. A huge enveloped filled with rice and topping.

Essential key to beautiful sushi is the freshness of the ingredients.When it comes to raw dishes, freshness is too important of a role to determine the taste of it. Not just raw, but it also applies to others. With the clear emphasized on raw and cold dishes because these are the ones that has a higher chance of upsetting your tummy.
