Tuna melt, sunshine smoothie bowl, beetroot chocolate cake and plain madeleines for lunch. Perfect fuel to get me going through the day.Nothing beats a good ol' plain crispy madeleine. No adornments needed. In regards to the tuna melt sandwich, I liked how the tuna melt is finished with a layer of melted gooey rich cheddar cheese topped off with fragrant spring onions to give it an additional oomph factor. The beetroot chocolate cake was not dry at all, and it crumbles easily as it was really moist. The plain madeleines were of nothing to shout about. The texture was nice, as it was not too dry.The smoothie bowl was something refreshing to have on a blistering hot day but the portion was rather small. continue reading

One of those few places that i've been wanting to go back since a long time ago especially to try out the smoothie sunshine bowl.  it was just mediocre, nothing to shout about.  and also their tuna melt sandwich was simple and nice! Also had desserts for post lunch.  their beetroot chocolate cake is the bomb! absolutely moist and rich in chocolate flavours and by far one of the best chocolate dessert i would recommend to anyone who are huge chocolate fan! and also had a complimentary plain madeleine from the staff for forgetting our food earlier. good on its own. or better off with a cup of coffee as well!  continue reading
