说到陈秀连，应该所有人都会立刻想到他们的出名蒸鱼头吧，今天刚好有路过这里，就来品尝一下他们的招牌菜，可能是因为出名了，所以价钱已经是偏高了的，味道呢，我觉得有那个水准，只是以那个价钱来说的话，我期待的是更好的。

Signature Dishes
Since there were only both of us, we only ordered the claypot curry fish head and a stir fried vegetable. We ordered the stir fried potato leaf. The potato leaf was stir fried in garlic and lightly seasoned with salt. I thought that the curry fish head is a heavy dish, therefore i just wanted my vegetable to be cooked in simple way. The potato leaf was very fresh and young. It was not over cooked and was slightly crunchy.
