朋友在groupon买了一个六人餐的coupon,一人才十一块多。一条中等大小的潮州鱼,蒸蛋,以及汤,味道是挺好的的。其余的还瞒普通。另外我们还order了这边著名的咸蛋软壳蟹,味道很好,不过肉很少。也许我很少吃壳蟹。会再尝试!

果然是软壳蟹皇,实在名不虚传。他们的强烈建议厨师的招牌菜 - 咸蛋软壳蟹。软壳蟹壳是软的,所以可以吞噬。这是一道十分香脆美味的佳肴。他们的咸蛋处理得很好,挺干的,每一口软壳蟹吃起来都充满着咸而不腻的咸蛋味。做到这一点真的是很好的!

After a few round trying out their dish, i am quite convince that the dish offered here is good, so i decided to bring my parents along to have a try here. We asked for something more "special" this time and the captain actually recommended this flavor of the soft shell crab called "Na Po Lun" it is said to be a little sour and spicy in one place, so we decided to go for it. As expected like last time, the soft shell crab is crunchy and soft. The taste is indeed a little sour with more heavy taste on spicy, while preserving the taste of the crab but i think of the crab natural taste is covered by the flavor already thus we don't really taste crab meat but rather the sauce on the crab

Well, it really does. Very tasty, the fried mee hoon full with taste from the crab, a fresh crab. In fact the taste of crab is greater than the soft shell crab alone, maybe because they didn't use any sauce on the crab for this dish and simply fried it together with the mee hoon. The mee hoon is also spicy with heavy aroma smell of egg, making it a real appetite waker.
I like it~~!

The day i am suppose to take part in the Makan Venture, but due to some work arrangement i need to stay back so i cannot join this event which, according to reviews from other members, seems to be fruitful and fun. So in order to satisfy my own curiosity, i decided to drag my boy friend and go to this restaurant to try it out myself. The restaurant is facing the main road, is not hard to be located. The restaurant is facing the main road, is not hard to be located. They have dedicated parking for their customer as well, but only on the front of the restaurant which is about 2 of them. The decoration of the restaurant is very nice, like a very high end chinese sea food restaurant
....it is a little surprise to me, every staff wear nice and tidy uniforms, and we are greeted and recommended with foods such as fish...but believe it or not, the captain herself do not mention about soft shell crab until i ask her.

The restaurant is kept very clean, and comfortable to be seated there, but the captain seems like a little look down on us, like i am a girl from village, her tone just make me feel like that, the captain name is Sally Wong.

I ordered the butter soft shell crab....there is a video showing us how the crabs are being raised, feed and finally prepared to fried and served on the table. Very interesting to know on how the crabs are being raised....
....The butter soft shell crab is crunchy and as promised you can ate the whole crab together with the shell, but other than this i cannot taste the freshness of the crab like the normal crab did. It is indeed crunchy but taste of crab is being neglected.

The restaurant is indeed a specialist. They rare their own crabs in 'condos', actually in stack of metal boxes like letter boxes you find in condos. They are fed a piece of fish daily and water changed daily too! So the crabs are rared in very hygienic condition and thus devoid of toxins which are found in normal crabs in the wild which scavenge on decaying organic matter.

Cut pieces of the crabs are dipped in batter and powdered with special secret flour mixtures and then deep fried to golden brown. The finished products tasted heavenly snappy with the meat juicy and aromatic.
I think I am beginning to just love crab!

Why the shell of the crab is soft? it is actually a culinary term for crabs which have recently molted their old exoskeleton and are still soft, the chef explained to me on this. I ordered one of their signature dish strongly recommended by the chef-- salted egg soft shell crab.I tried to bite the shell as the chef told me the shell was soft and could be swallowed, it was sooo crispy and flavorful. It was NICE!!

This was my first time to this restaurant, as their set lunch was attracting me, only RM9.90 per set. The environment is comfortable as they provided air-con.This was Steam fish set, including a bowl of soup, rice and vegetable.Overall, the set lunch is normal, the steam fish is OK to eat, and it was value for money, I will come for 2nd times because of the price.
