朋友在groupon买了一个六人餐的coupon,一人才十一块多。一条中等大小的潮州鱼,蒸蛋,以及汤,味道是挺好的的。其余的还瞒普通。另外我们还order了这边著名的咸蛋软壳蟹,味道很好,不过肉很少。也许我很少吃壳蟹。会再尝试! continue reading

果然是软壳蟹皇,实在名不虚传。他们的强烈建议厨师的招牌菜 - 咸蛋软壳蟹。软壳蟹壳是软的,所以可以吞噬。这是一道十分香脆美味的佳肴。他们的咸蛋处理得很好,挺干的,每一口软壳蟹吃起来都充满着咸而不腻的咸蛋味。做到这一点真的是很好的! continue reading

After a few round trying out their dish, i am quite convince that the dish offered here is good, so i decided to bring my parents along to have a try here. We asked for something more "special" this time and the captain actually recommended this flavor of the soft shell crab called "Na Po Lun" it is said to be a little sour and spicy in one place, so we decided to go for it. As expected like last time, the soft shell crab is crunchy and soft. The taste is indeed a little sour with more heavy taste on spicy, while preserving the taste of the crab but i think of the crab natural taste is covered by the flavor already thus we don't really taste crab meat but rather the sauce on the crab continue reading

This is my first eating adventure with OpenRice. The restaurant is indeed a specialist in Soft Shell Crab and invest to get their own crab so called organic by rare them in "Condos" in stack of metal boxes.They have demo it live to show how to deep fried to golden brown by powdered with more than 40 type of flour mixtures.I don't know how to describe and it really delicious to eat with their special house sauce in the special way. The soft shell crab does not taste smelly compared in some other restaurant.I will definitely to visit again with my family and friends. continue reading
