［馬來西亞 - 吉隆坡篇] 通常當地人問我想食咩⋯我都會話中菜！因為真係好好食😂媽咪完全煮唔到既水準🤣🤣🤣呢間餐廳係同事推介⋯當地人,甚至印度人都好鍾意去食，所以有晚帶左我地去試下🤫4個人4樣餸📍南乳雞翼🐔😋😋😋十粒星我俾9粒！！超香口📍 瓦煲咖喱魚頭🐟有好多魚，茄子，豆腐卜，秋葵等等,材料十足！！味道方面唔錯但唔辣😂原本以為好辣📍蕉葉sotong蝦🍤呢個雖然好多人推介既一碟小菜，但我覺得麻麻地😂因為個醬汁好咸📍清炒芥蘭🥦份量少左d👀

If you have been staying around Jalan Ipoh or Sentul area, I bet you will never missed the highly rated and talked about Chinese Stir Fry (Dai Chow) place in Sentul, Lau Heong Restaurant.For your information, there are actually two of the same restaurant. One is located in Sentul Raya where KFC is located at while another is located somewhere behind the UTC Sentul. Both serves really good Chinese cuisine. This restaurant is usually crowded towards the end of the week with working adults. Service is relatively quick and all our food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. I arrived at the restaurant just after lunch hour (1:45pm) and there were very few tables occupied. this is one of my favourite restaurant , u can saw this shop are always crowded .normally come with group with with order special of this shop ,like curry fish head,fried chicken wing, fried pork knuckles,seafood sizzling with prawn+squill fish ,sizzling fish,u can try vege there have balacan sampal kai lan ,all this is top dish order by customers, service is very fast 

This is the specialty dish here at Lau Heong. Even just the sauce is good enough to be eaten with rice alone! It's thick and creamy. The prawns are huge, fresh, and juicy, and the squid is also bouncy and fresh. They are generous with the gravy, so you can really lap it up with rice!

lau heong is not a new name and here is famous of the seafood. price is very cheap here and i like to bring my family to dine in here . the famous dish is the squid and must try this when coming here. but need to wait for the seats and sometime this squid theycooked it very long. tasty enough and served hot. i like the special taste on the gravy .service is slow sometime as too many customers

Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong 蒥香海鲜饭店 is just 10 minutes drive from home and worth coming here to dinner with family . trying their famous dish of the fully marinated nam yu ingredients inside this chicken meat. tantalizing meal to have it . and also their famous pork knuckle also worth trying. all the food is very delicious and service is pretty fast not need to wait so long during weekends

Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong 蒥香海鲜饭店 is at bandar baru sentul and during dinner time here is always crowded no matter is weekdays or weekends. and if you want to dine in need to call for reservation better or i usually order by phone for take away so they can prepare the food first. the pork meat is juicy enough and big portion for one person i like the gravy too.

i always bring my family here to lau heong as here is nice to their places and almost every weekend we make a visit here. the price is very cheap compare to the other restaurant and here service is fast too and usually weekdays is better then weekends less crowded. the nam yee chicken wing is the famous dish here and must try this. not that oily and all is marinated first with the nam yu

lau heong is well famous of their curry head and also this hot plate squid. the owner will go into the kitchen and prepare this dish himself and put in the secret recipe for this dish that makes this squid hot plate so tasty. the sizzling sound really makes this dish looks so interesting and served with big portion of the squid and also can choose to mix with the big prawns

this is the most hot selling item at lau heong and must have once you dine in here. i usually will order the fish head. although not much meat of the fish but it taste much more delicious then just order the fish meat. here serving is big for 5 person or can called for big portion for the amount of the large fish head. the curry is very rich of santan and delicious meal to have here

hot plat taufu is well recommend here. served in a hot plate . with the japanese taufu or can choose for local taufu. very smooth and nice to have it with the thick gravy. kids just love this dish as well as adult .the bottome is layered with the egg. and lots of corns and carrots in small pieces. price is also cheap here.this is dish is tasty enough for 5 person for dinner

mantis prawns is good to have this type of dish to be the butter egg fried with some hot chilies. i like this so much and when came here surely will order this. little salty and just nice to have with the hot chili padi.price is very cheap here in lau heong and they have another outlet at the sentul raya. parking is hard to find here so do come early for lunch or dinner here.

visited lau heong recently and they actually have the menu that i like which is the petai mix with the four type of the peas. i like the stir fried petai together with the long bean and also the vegetables are all fresh. good to have this for dinner and usually will call to make booking to get the upper seats which is air conditioning and i like to bring my family to dine in here

咖喱鱼头真是好好吃。特制的咖喱很香，再配上鱼头，真的是美味无敌。这间餐馆还有好吃的鸳鸯墨鱼虾，南乳炸鸡翅膀，烤猪手，酸辣土杀等等。真实值得品尝和光顾。营业时间: 星期一至六 早上11时30分到下午3时 和 傍晚5时30分到晚上10时30分星期日 早上11时30分 晚上10时30分
