Restoran Latif 很靠近Tmn Megah 菜市，所以人气旺盛。这店卖有各种咖喱菜肴，Nasi Lemak, 印度煎饼，Tosai , Mertabak, 印度糕点等等。我试过这里的鸡肉 Mertabak, Mertabak 是用鸡肉，蛋液，洋葱碎粒和香料並用一片印度饼皮包裹好，然后煎至香脆。内馅很夠味，好吃而且不会干巴巴，与脆脆的外皮和咖喱同吃很搭配。价一个RM3.50 。很饱满的一份，可当正餐吃。这里的印度糕点Wadiah 也不错, 不会油腻。有米桨和洋葱香气, 脆脆的口感，而且价钱便宜一个售RM0.80

On days when I do eat carbs, I still make sure I get plenty of protein. This time, my breakfast is roti sardin. Not one of the fanciest fish around, but it gets the job done. That "stink" of sardines is actually very enjoyable, especially when wrapped in fluffy-crispy roti and drenched in thick curries. The fish curry is sour, and not spicy at all; and the dhal is thick and lumpy - just the way it should be.

Teh Tarik. Restoran Latif has been around for many years and the food was above average. I seldom patron this restaurant because of lack of packing space and I had to park behind the row of shops. One fine day, I managed to pay this restaurant a visit. As usual, I ordered the teh tarik kurang manis. The taste came out just nice, not overly sweet. The teh was aromatic too.

Tosai Paper. Restoran Latif serves one of the best tosai paper in town in my opinion. The tosai paper that day was not too "garing" which I don't like because I like my tosai paper to be very crispy and golden brown. No doubt the brown parts were crispy but the fair parts were slightly soft. The chutney was amazing, it has some slight sourness and aromatic with nuts.

Roti Empat Segi. We do not want the cold ready-made roti kosong, so we ordered roti empat segi. The texture and taste was exactly same as roti kosong, just that the shape was square shape, and it was made fresh upon order. The roti empat segi was quite "burnt" at certain parts and it was quite tight texture. The dhal was normal while the chicken curry was slightly spicy.
