Signature Dishes
Hoong Kee is a popular Chinese restaurant that serves all kinds of seafood. Their crabs are available everyday, freshly prepared and most of them are still alive when we get there to choose some crabs for our dish. We order a big plate of butter milk crab. And the crabs are really very fresh, with lots of succulent meat. The sauce is salty, and just right with the natural sweetness from the fresh crab. The buttery cream is very gooey, and I love taking bowls of rice with only the sauce. Delicious!
