This chilli crab is not too spicy and it has great balance of sweetness and spiciness. The flesh is naturally sweet. It is best eaten with a bowl of steamed jasmine rice. Some people prefer to dip the sauce with fried mantau.

The pork meat are still crunchy although they have the sauce on it. This dish is really delicious and was my all time favourite dish too.
