Long time didn't eat bakuteh, so decided to go nearby restaurant to grab some dry bakuteh.I prefer dry bakuteh more than the 1 with soup, this dish is like another chinese dish 咸鱼华腩褒, the sauce is very rich in taste, and the pork meat is half fat, but you can choose what type of meat you want. If you don't want any fat, can order thin meat without fat.This dish is very nice. When eating bakuteh, you must drink chinese tea. Atleast thats my way
