Restaurant Sai Kong 西公饭店is at menjalara kepong and here is very crowded during weekends. i like their mixture of the vegetables choices inside the hot claypot which is served really nice and tasty vegetables inside with the taufu as well. here is great place to dine in and i bring my family here to dine in very comfortable and the price is sure expensive here. and spending time here enjoying their great food. continue reading

恩,老板请吃饭。今天又来到这里,点了一个清炒bayam,一条鱼,还有黑椒鱿鱼。鱼儿很新鲜,感觉吉隆坡的人都喜欢吃现宰的鱼,从鱼缸里捞起就把他宰了。这文化在马六甲还很少。恩,那盘黑椒鱿鱼很有特色,鱿鱼吃起来很弹牙,很美味。 continue reading

the taufu claypot here is pretty small portion. as we only have 4 person so i think just order the small portion but it is really small only. the gravy is little and inside do have the many vegetables there carrots with mushroom and also the homemade smooth taufu taste good luckily and here the price is quite reasonable. i do like their dishes here and environment is quite crowded during dinner time continue reading

Fresh water prawn noodle @ RM78.00We order 2 pieces of fresh water prawns. They are cut into half and is so fresh that i can see the delicious prawn yolk in it. The noodle looks so crispy when served. I quickly spread the egg gravy and stir it all over to soak the noodles. It end up to be so delicious when the noodle is softened. The fried aroma matching with the egg gravy just turn out to be fantastic. The prawns meat are sweet and bouncy too. I will definitely come back for this again. continue reading

其实我觉得海鲜不需要太复杂的调味,只要海鲜够新鲜就足够了,西公饭店的清蒸蟹煮法很简单只用了蛋白,姜丝和酒来烹调,我点了两只肉蟹,通常清蒸用的都是肉蟹因为比较大只肉也比较多,螃蟹因为有酒烹调所以特别的鲜甜,而且每一口都是肉,令人吃的很爽 continue reading
