By looking at the presentation of this dish is itself very inviting and appetizing. The sauce is slightly different from the usual wet butter sauce, as this looks more creamy and smooth. The prawns are fried beforehand, thens smothered with generous amount of creamy yet light butter cream sauce. Some of us prefer the prawn to be deshelled so that it will be easier to enjoy the succulent prawn meat. I would prefer the butter taste to be stronger, but that's just me

What is not to love when you get a piping hot claypot curry to go with steamed rice? The inviting bright green colour made us look forward to have a taste of it. Generous amount of chicken and brinjals have absorbed the green curry spices, making them even tasty. The curry gravy would have been better if the texture is thicker. I don't mind if the taste of spices was stronger, as some people might prefer lighter taste from the spices.

If you know me well, I love spicy food so much that my level of tolerance is quite scary A great Thai meal is incomplete without Tom Yam. We were served this as the first dish of the night, good enough to stimulate our appetite.Loaded with ingredients such as prawns, squids and oyster mushroom, the soup looks thick as well as dotted with dark orange oil in a moderate way. 这道美味的菜肴，虾肉新鲜，喜欢吃奶油的朋友，这道菜很香，有浓浓的奶油再加上生蒜头片和咖哩香叶，如果把虾的壳拨开，奶油可直接透入虾肉，相信吃起来会方便很多而不会浪费太多的奶油黏在虾壳。除了奶油虾，照片里还有别的菜肴哦。！

参加了OpenRice 的试吃之后，才发现原来在我家的附近有一间泰式海鲜饭店，赏试过这里的泰式东炎海鲜汤，发觉味道蛮好吃，酸酸辣辣，海鲜也很有口感，还没放进嘴巴已流口水，是因闻到东炎的酸辣香味。

甜品我们吃得多，大家的想法甜品当然是甜的咯。。哈哈。可是这里的甜品就不一样，它的味道是咸的哦！ 再加上椰子肉和玉米，卖相也不错，不喜欢吃甜的朋友可以到来清莱泰式海鲜饭店品赏一下咯。。。！

这道甜品，我也不懂什么名堂。里面有椰肉和玉米.....虽然说是甜点，但是带着一点咸味，很棒的说！之前还小看了这甜点，因为是赠品。不过这家餐馆的泰式甜品真的很不错，试过他们的摩摩渣渣，一流！！味道和材料都很足！不过摩摩渣渣只有在星期六才会出现的......有兴趣的，可以选在星期六去品尝品尝他们家的摩摩渣渣。

这道菜难就难在剥鸡脚啊~~~~鸡脚要在生鲜的时候拔出骨来，然后才拿去烫熟，过后才凉拌的。这道菜也是酸酸辣辣甜甜的，只要味道都到位，这鸡脚是个不错的小吃。可惜啊~~今天的鸡脚好像欠缺了一点....

又一道这家店的名菜！他们家的菜，尤其是以酸辣为主的，主厨（老板娘）都拿捏得非常好！酸甜辣多一分则太多少一分则太少。这道东炎海鲜汤的味道真的“冇得顶”，可以说是料多味好！！再次的大大力的推荐这道东炎汤！！

从没吃过这么好味的柠檬蒸鱼，就只有这家，总是对这餐馆的这道菜念念不忘。老板娘这次用了生鱼，她说生鱼的肉质比较细嫩，口味也鲜美（其实也可以用其他鱼类烹调）。这道蒸鱼的酱汁主要是有蒜米、指天椒和柠檬，鱼吸收了集柠檬酸香和辣味一体的汤汁，哇塞！一流！汤汁越煮越久，味道就越浓郁，拿来捞饭真的可以消灭掉好几碗饭！这道菜真的色香味俱全！！我个人超级推荐这道菜！！真的赞赞赞！！另外，老板娘说还有一种蒸鱼，味道比这道还要辣（这道已经很辣了对我来说），很吃得辣很嗜辣的人可以试试.........

猪颈肉肉质嫩滑，所以就算碳烤吃起来也不会“老”，不会硬。厨师将猪头都腌制好，然后在炭火上烤香。烤好后附上薄荷叶，一起酌着吃，味道清新....没有吃过这样的搭配，还蛮特别一下......不过由于之前几道都是很重口味的，这道清新的菜在重口味之后，所以显得好像不够味，但是多喝几口茶冲淡了之前的重口味后再吃这菜，这菜还是很不错滴....薄荷香+啖啖肉.....下次有机会会再试试！

老板娘今天给了我们两种鱼饼。图片上左边的鱼饼是有加入了香茅的，个人很喜欢香茅的味道，所以我觉得不错吃。图片上右边的不很清楚，估计应该是加入了芋头的，味道也不错吃。喜欢吃这类小吃的可以试试....

也是很大一煲！这家餐馆的菜，分量真的不一般，两个人来吃的话2道菜都已经足够了，3道的话可以捧着大肚子回家了。哈哈哈！说回这道菜。对我来说螃蟹只是配角，冬粉才是主角。因为冬粉吸收了所有调味料和螃蟹的味道，冬粉才是精华啊~~~~

超级大一煲，而且用料十足！满满一整锅的鱼漂，还有那汤匙般大小的干贝和大虾！！味道呢就比较中式一点，这不辣，很适合一家大小。无论如何，只是论这一大煲的好料，就已经很值得了....
