在Shaw Parade有一間有名的中國餐廳, 那就是紫藤, 紫藤除了賣茶葉外, 還有賣以茶入菜的美食. 我超級推薦這道泰式魚捲, 將炸過的魚捲與洋蔥. 番茄和辣椒炒在一起, 最後淋上泰式酸辣醬, 真是絕配! 裡面的魚片很軟, 這道魚捲很下飯

紫藤是一間以茶入菜的中國餐廳, 強調少鹽.少油. 少糖的健康料理方式, 將最健康美味的食物呈現給大眾. 紫藤的環境很漂亮, 在裡面用餐感覺很乾淨舒服, 服務也很好. 我點這道菜浦煎蛋 , 價值RM8, 不算貴. 蛋煎得很香很薄, 略鹹一些些, 很適合配綠茶飯.

紫藤除了賣茶葉以外, 還有開以茶葉入菜的餐廳, 這個點子真的是不錯, 大家都知道喝茶對身體有益處, 拿茶葉來入菜更是一個有益健康的點子. 這道鐵觀音薯汁扒小棠菜, 不外乎是將小棠菜炒馬鈴薯. 鐵觀音茶葉, 小棠菜吃起來清脆, 但沒什麼鐵觀音的味道, 是一道很清淡的青菜.

There is a Chinese restaurant called Purple Cane. It is my favorite restaurant. I like their restaurant, because all the dishes are cooked with tea leaves. The environment is clear, bright and comfortable. It's suitable for family or friends to dine in here. I order the Pumpkin Beancurd. They cook the beancurd with pumpkin, mushroom and vegetable. The taste is very light, but the beancurd is very soft.

Purple Cane is one of my favorite restaurants. It is located at Shaw Parade. It's easy to find the place. I love their restaurant, because all the dishes are cooked with tea leaves. Their food is less salty, less sugar & less oil. It's a healthy concept restaurant. Braised Chicken with Sweet Chili is tasty. The chicken is tender with sweet sauce, not spicy at all, eat with fried bun is perfect.

Been here a couple of times and I do find their food unique as all the items in the menu has tea infusions or combinations to compliment the food. One of the most unique dishes I ever tried is the Bak Kut Teh cooked with tea leaves. The pork was marinated with a combination of tea leaves and herbs and when boiled in the soup it gives off a sweet aroma but is not too heavy on the herb like taste.

Assorted nuts mooncake has been my mom’s favourite variety since decades ago as far as I could remember, hehe. And not excluding this for sure According to her, this type of paste would enhance the flavor of mooncak, much more with the chunky nuts in it and the tinge of fruity fragrance. In this mooncake of Pu Er Tea, Dang Gui, Chinese Wolfberry & assorted nuts paste, it gathers all the nutritious herbs in just one pastry, which I think, much healthier than that normal sugary paste like lotus, p
