[Lobster Bisque] - creamy lobster soup cover with golden crust. The name of the soup will tell you how much seafood sweetness is concentrated in this soup. A brilliant idea to match the soup with the golden crust. Pastry was like freshly baked from the oven, buttery smell & taste that really made my appetite grew stronger.

One word to describe this dish, SATISFYING!

This restaurant is serving only the finest imported beef, complemented with exquisite wine selections. A mixed ambience of quiet, exclusive but romantic . There is only 1 private room for a group of 10 diners. The advantage of this room whereby you could enjoy viewing the kitchen activities through a glass window. We had Wagyu beef as our main dish. The cost of the beef is according to the weight of the Wagyu beef you wish to order. In terms of food presentation, it is simple and clean.

Well, the quality and taste of the beef was superb! Texture of the meat was well in controlled to the right temperature. The beef was juicy when made a bite on it. Must enjoy every bite slowly to really get the taste better.

It was indeed a fantastic dinner.

Recently, I find myself having this addiction towards scallop. Not the dried type, of course! When I saw seared sea scallop on Prime's menu, I decided to try them. It came with parmesan potato, poached egg, and fresh herbs dressing. The overall combination wasn't complete, flavor wise especially. To me, I believe a good dish should always be balanced, flavor especially. This dish was very mild to my liking. No excitement I would say. Of course, I was benchmarking it against my favorite scallop from Favola, which was very flavorful. The texture of the scallop was decent; the seared surface was good to contrast against the smoother flesh. The poached egg was done pretty well too.

Asparagus is expensive vegetable, which is why mom rarely buys it. In Prime, you can have sauteéd green asparagus for just RM15 to go with your steak. If you asked me, it was very value for money, for the portion we had, it could easily be RM25 in Chinese restaurant. The stye of cooking was similar to Chinese restaurant's. Sauteéd with some garlic and wait until the asparagus is cooked, and there you have your Chinese cooking style asparagus, minus the heavy oyster sauce. Very healthy indeed! I

Australian Black Angus – 200 Days Grain Fed centre cut fillet mignon 340g : My first impression was like "hmmm, grain fed, how does it differ from those grass fed?" and "200 days? What if it is less than or more than 200 days?". These questions remained unknown. So back to the fillet mignon I had. The medallion we had was no bigger than the size of my palm, 30% smaller than McDonald's mcmuffin. Being medium rare, it was very pinkish in the inside while a little scorched on the outside. The medallion we had was no bigger than the size of my palm, 30% smaller than McDonald's mcmuffin. Being medium rare, it was very pinkish in the inside while a little scorched on the outside. I found this cut was very very mild, so mild that my mind kept focusing on the blood contained in it. Surely it wasn't the most enjoyable cut for me. The texture was nearly non resistant, albeit a little tricky when it came to the shred of fat.

We had Shiraz for the night. Sadly, it was too strong to go with our fillet mignon. It washed out the sensitivity of my palette, leaving the slight bitterness and tannin on my tongue.

I still remembered how awesome the tiramisu I had back then in Out of Africa. It is the best by far and after trying this at Prime, Out of Africa still has the best tiramisu. This Illy coffee flavoured tiramisu with foamy mascarpone cream did look very interesting with the chocolate rolls and shavings on top. This Illy coffee flavoured tiramisu with foamy mascarpone cream did look very interesting with the chocolate rolls and shavings on top. To those prefer alcohol in their tiramisu, Sambuca liquor can be added upon request.

Personally I found the mascarpone was very heavy and dense. The bitterness of the tiramisu came from the coffee and less of the alcohol. I would prefer the mascarpone to be fluffy and light. In the tiramisu, there was a few crispy chunks of biscuits and some soft cake. However the amount of cake was very very little, thus the tiramisu itself wasn't capable of absorbing any alcohol (if any). It was very filling though not satisfying.

If you ask me in what way one is spoilt, I would quote, "Being in a fine dining restaurant serving free flow of good bread with awesome butters". In Prime, you can enjoy their hot and soft cheese and black pepper bun and oat bun, alongside with salted butter, two other butters which I couldn't remember. The bread was best eaten when it was served hot. I found it easier to finish the first flow of bread as it was so soft and fluffy, at the same time, crispy on the outside. All the butters were so

The bread was best eaten when it was served hot. I found it easier to finish the first flow of bread as it was so soft and fluffy, at the same time, crispy on the outside. All the butters were so GOOD! All three butters went very well with the oat bun but the salted butter went well with the oat bun but not the cheese bun. I love the first butter (in the picture) for it was the most flavorful among all. Spoiled, we were

It was my second time dining in Prime and they do serve the best steak by far. We wanted Master Kobe oyster blade steak 220g but it was not available. So we resorted to Blackmore Wagyu D Rump.It was not the first time I was full before I even finished my quarter of 220g steak. I am not joking. My boyfriend and I ordered a rump steak to share and two side dishes. The rump was unexpectedly smooth and almost presented no resistance over the knife and fork. It was not the first time I was full before I even finished my quarter of 220g steak. I am not joking. My boyfriend and I ordered a rump steak to share and two side dishes. The rump was unexpectedly smooth and almost presented no resistance over the knife and fork. I was utterly delighted at the more flavorful cut of rump, though it was comparatively less flavorful than tenderloin. Medium rare was the perfect preparation for the steak as it was pinkish inside while a little crispy on the outside.
