This is a right place to go for chitchat, football watching, supper, dinner , lunch or any function. It has varieties type of food with more then 700 choices includes thai food, drinks, dessert , beer, or anything else. A cool environment with lots of TV to watch. I came here for my friends gathering and since we already full, we had ourself some desserts to quench thirst while chitchat. I ordered this Honeydew Sago which only cost RM3.00! It comes with honey dew fruit, sago of course with ice, syrup and milk! Definitely worth the price for a cool ambient like here. My friend ordered himself rice with dried chilli chicken and it comes with an egg which just cost RM 6.90. So I feel that it is worth to have meals here. continue reading

Piccadilly is exactly THE place to go to if you wanna have a good time with your buddies on football night or any other night. There are tons of TV's, most of them showing football matches. The place is clean, and the atmosphere is great. It's not " fully packed " but it's packed and comfortable. The air conditioning is good, the breeze from outside makes the place very cooling. So far, I've tried the Fish & Chips, Cheese Naan, Garlic Naan, Mashed Potatoes and Chicken Chop BBQ. The portion for the Fish & Chips was too small for me, but we can't argue since it's cheap RM9.90. It was good none the less, 7.8/10. Cheese Naan and Garlic Naan were great. I loved the Dhal that they served with. Good portion, easily full after one order. The Chicken Chop was okay, 7.5/10. The best for me was probably the mashed potatoes. Have you tasted KFC mashed potatoes? it's similar, but bigger. and A LOT much better ! The taste was to die for. Thought it may be RM3, it was worth it. Overall, the food there is cheap compared to other places. The food was slightly above average. The menu is vast and filled with different cuisines. Beer tower and jugs are available. Tiger, Carlsberg, Guinness. if i'm not mistaken. THE ONLY THING THIS PLACE IS MISSING IS SHISHA. If they can offer Shisha here, Piccadilly would literally need to open more seating. :-) Will be returning for MORE ! "I don't LIKE food, I LOVE it. If I don't LOVE it, I don't SWALLOW." continue reading

No one can say no to cheap and ok standard beer when you come to this restaurant. Especially during football day. The crowd here is overwhelming. It is quite difficult to get a seat. But it doesn't stop me from coming to this place. The beer for one tower is just around RM50 only. Everytime I come here, I don't mind enjoy a booze with my friends while watching football. continue reading

I heard so much about this place and my first visit was not quite my expectation. I wanted to try out their Northern Indian dishes, end up to be told Northern Indian dishes were only available from 6pm onwards. Fine, i looked through their extensive menu, and finally decided to order Mee Jawa. The mee jawa tasted average, compared to the SS2 medan selera, i think this one lacked flavors. The mee jawa sauce was quite bland, not much potato taste. The mee jawa was also quite "vegetarian", by all means there were no meats in it. Just noodles, egg, bean curd, and some beansprouts. Luckily there was some sambal to spice up the dish a little bit. continue reading

Piccadilly is an interesting place for hangouts and to watch football with your friends.I have been there several times for the drinks, but not the food until recently for dinner. As I have had good experiences with northern indian cuisine, I ordered the Palak Paneer.Palak Paneer is supposed to be a vegetarian dish made from spinach, curry and a type of indian dish. This dish is to be served with naan, or even on its own.So when it arrived, the dish has a good aroma. However, the taste was completely different from what I expected. The dish was very spicy and aromatic, but it lacks in taste. It is totally flavourless and it is not even salty! The only thing I could taste is the spiciness, which is very very spicy. The curry is very thick, which is deceiving until I starting eating it. In short, I will never order this dish from Picadilly anymore. continue reading
