This is the fried rice from Phoenix Chinese Restaurant in Holiday Inn Glenmarie. The simple fried rice, fry until golden brown that it looks like sand is so yummy. There is egg inside and chicken inside, topped with fried onions. I like the fried onions most because its very crunchy. continue reading
