This is another interesting combination of dim sum created by Phang Key, which is this stuffed Japanese tofu. The Japanese tofu was sliced into half, a piece of fish paste was being put on top and the fish paste itself topped with prawn. The whole combo was quite unique, it has the springiness of the fish paste and the smoothness of the Japanese tofu. Salty and bland combined together. continue reading
