Pastel, a little cafe in a Setiawangsa shop-house.Tacos are also a speciality at Pastel, filled with lamb or beef for RM18 per plate of two.'Texas Burger' with hand-pressed beef patty (RM16); the tacos & burgers come with fries. Perhaps not memorable enough to specifically travel to Setiawangsa for, but probably worthwhile for folks who live or work here. continue reading
