I decided to have something flavorful for lunch on that fine Sunday afternoon, so I decided to have the Kimchi pasta alongside with the salmon sashimis.I love how the kimchi broth is thick and tasty from to the miso paste used. It contains mirin. Mirin is basically a quintessential condiment used in Japanese cuisine. It is a kind of rice wine similar to sake, but with a lower alcohol content and higher sugar content. fusion modern japanese western food for lunch and like how its simple and good everytime,love the Ebiten Unagi Rice.Unlike the normal Unagi Rice, this one was topped with half-cooked egg. It was such a good match.and also the potato cream soup was really nice too, not to cloying and rich with the cheese added on top as well. and tea usually comes in a pot for 2 pax.

Love to visit this restaurant, in the center of this restaurant there are few round shape tables and dim light makes this place very pleasant and romantic also.Food here are nice as well, I ordered chicken teriyaki set, the set comes with miso soup, chicken teriyaki and salad.Chicken very tender, miso soup not sour just nice, salad with some sauce i dont know what to call that, make very nice.Overall, i'm very satisfy.

Today met my ex colleague for weekend lunch and have our lunch in Pasta Zanmai Sunway Pyramid shopping centre after shopping here. Is so hungry and we have ordered Chicken Teriyaki set with side dish mash potato in Japanese style.Very good taste here! pasta zanmai is nice place to hang out to try on their pasta and the unagi here taste really delicious. i try it with the maki style which the rice is well wrapped and with the soft shell crab and also added with one piece of the eel delicious sushi afterall. here is reasonable price and service overall is nice for me, with comfy. and nice place to chill out during weekends.

when you want to have food in pasta zanmai really must try this pasta which is well cooke and with the easonable price here they are charging on the menu. the portion is so huge and i like the teriyaki sauce they put inside the pasta. the chicken meat is tender and juicy too. service overall is ok for me, the drinks are variety here. and nice place to chill out during weekends.

The best japanese omelette teriyaki chicken rice that i ever taste. The egg omelette cooked just nice, not too raw or overcook, and wrapped with the rice and on top is the teriyaki chicken. The chicken was very tender and juicy.Have no complaint for the food.As for the environment, very pleasant eating under dim light and the place is well designed and i like the sitting there.

Think diluted Curry Don, but replace rice with spaghetti.If you dislike so much sauce in your pasta, you can try the Unagi pasta. Slightly stirred with some onions and garlics, and topped with plump Unagi. This cannot go with thick, creamy sauce because Unagi itself has got a stronger taste. In my opinion, one thing great about the pastas here would be the texture of the spaghetti. Unlike other pasta restaurant, there aren’t any other choices of pasta. Only spaghetti with Japanese combined ingredients. Most spaghetti here comes with creamy sauce of sesame and cream. Then the chef cleverly plays around with a lot of combinations of the few similar ingredients and voila! I tried a few choices out of the many in the menu. If you are a fan of avocado like me, try the kani avocado set.
