Signature Dishes
I was initially curious about how this would taste like.. Lychee and Cincau ? hmmm.. does it even go together. It was my first attempt. The verdict ? A tad too sweet for my liking.. But still refreshing and delicious irregardless. The Lychee's sweetened canned lychee (as expected, so it's a bit sweet)... so luckily the cincau (grass jelly) is there to balance it up! Every slurp's filled with bouncy grass jelly.. LOVE IT!

The fried kuey teow consisted of prawns, beansprouts, spring onions and cockles. It was placed on top of a piece of banana leaf to add some fragrant to it. The prawns were medium sized and slightly powdery and sweet. The beansprouts were crunchy. The amount of cockles were really generous, although the size was small. The fried kuey teow was slightly salty and lack of "wok hei", but it was a decent dish.
