We were sick of the canteen food in campus. So if we have long break time after class, we would go out and hunt for some nicer food. We were considering of to eat pizza and we have decided to eat at Papa John's Pizza because my friend said that they do provide students promotion. However when we reached there, the branch doesn't seem to have that promotion. So we were discussing and calculating the prices of the food. The staff was patiently waiting for us and explain to us about other combo meals. At last we decided to have 2 lunch sets and 2 buffet sets to share. We asked the staff are we allowed to order in that way, and that staff seems like hinting us to order only one set of buffet. So at last we ordered 1 buffet (RM15.90++) and 2 lunch sets (RM9.90++) to be shared among 4 people. (Buffet only available at selected outlets only.)Each lunch set includes one soup, one carbonated drink, and one main dish. Each buffet set includes all you can eat SELECTED pizza and one carbonated drink.The mushroom soup is quite nice, compared to Pizza Hut's, it's thicker and creamier. The Baked Papa's Special Pasta is quite poor as the pasta is tasteless and sauce is very insufficient. The cheese also very less that it's doesn't even cover the whole surface of the bowl and baked it, causing the pasta becomes even drier. The Pizza Pocket is even more disappointing me because it's totally different with what I ate in other branch. I guess the dough is baked at too high temperature causing the dough to be quite tough and the cheese inside is not melted. Furthermore, there is no sauce inside, cause the ingredients inside to be so dry. I can only eat it with the special garlic sauce. For the buffet, it's not really sufficient for a few tables of customers at a same time. We have to wait and scramble to get the pizza because they only serve 1 -2 pizza at a time. I think that if the company if really wants to make this promotion, please do it nicely. All food are subject to 6% government tax and 10% service charge.

Restoran yang menawarkan pizza sebagi menu utamanya. Seperti juga restoran pizza yang lain, Papa John juga menawarka pilihan crust untuk setiap pizzanya. Bagi topping pula, terdapat lebih dari 10 pilihan samada daging, ayam atau seafood. Antara menaraik yang patut dicuba ialah pizza Chicken Super Papa, sangat mewah dengan limpahan sosej ayam, isi ayam dan sos bbq. Harga juga berpatutan. Bagi yang inginkan penjimatan, terdapat set berbeza yang boleh dipilih samada untuk seorang atau berdua.

i never try papa john before until there is one day, i got a voucher of 50% and i decided to have a try. i thought the pizza was like the others but i was wrong. they made the pizza on the spot and it is more delicious compare to others. besides that, the environment is clean and their service attitude is okay. the price for all the food are reasonable and they provided many promotions. u can have a try if you are a pizza-lover.

American fast food chains that come to Malaysia, can't compare to their American equivalent and the same can be said about Papa john's.I had their All Meat Pizza. It was mediocre at best, was hoping it to be more cheesy but sadly it wasn't. The toppings weren't that much either.The only good thing about Papa John's would be their side condiments. They have some green peppers that isn't spicy but have a nice tangy sourish flavour. They also serve some melted garlic butter dip which I used the pizza crusts on. It was definitely buttery but I couldn't taste any garlic in it so again I was disappointed.I would still say this is better than Pizza Hut.
