我对蛋是情有独钟,蛋的香味真的很吸引我.那天很朋友来到这里而朋友就点了这个三黄蛋的外表虽然看起来没有什么的特别,不过味道就是不错吃起来很滑也很香.至于里面的配料也是有很多.

我很喜欢吃蒜蓉鸡尤其鸡肉上的蒜蓉,感觉吃起来很香融.而在这里吃的蒜蓉鸡味到很香,远远已经嗅到它的香味.而这个的鸡肉吃起来肉质很滑和可口.尤其那蒜蓉的味道真的是带出它的精髓.

第一次吃这个感觉还算新鲜而这个的味道感觉很不错,吃起来的味道除了可以吃到龙扥的原有鲜味之外,而且没有一点的鱼腥味.这个的做法是保了腐竹一起去煎所以味道特别的香脆可口.

大家不要以为鬼豆和鬼豆苗是一样的，鬼豆苗的是比较小条如果颜色带点紫色更好比一班的好吃的多。所以在选鬼豆苗时一定要选紫色的才行。这里的淸炒鬼豆苗好吃，可以吃到它本身的甜味。

蟹皇翅在这里也是很出名的一道菜，所以也是要预订比较好，因为来到才叫不一定有的吃。吃蟹皇翅的朋友要注意小孩吃的时候可能会有螃蟹壳在里面，要多多注意。味道是很不错，价钱也不便宜。

今天吃的海参堡真的够夸张，就像在五星级酒楼吃一样。是海参煲对我们这些穷人来说，十年也不一定有吃到的食物。海参煲有冬菇，一正粒的小鲍鱼，鱼漂，海参等等，看见这里你也被吓一大跳吧。真的很鲜甜很入味，一辈子都不会忘记的味道。

生滚明虾粥， 眼看两个壮观的明虾就足以让爱吃海鲜的我流口水了。蝦營養豐富，且肉質松軟、易消化。吃粥我们习惯性的爱上油条，油条淡口吃会稍硬,加进粥里，伴着葱花姜丝很有口感。

皮蛋瘦肉粥，粥粒粒饱满，不油腻，火候足，粥绵软入味而且容易消化。肉封住了里面的肉汁，还保持了一定鲜味。 皮蛋煮得既没石灰味且软滑，姜丝是个很好的烹饪材料能去腥又为粥带来原汁原味的感觉，意外的让我印象深刻。

In my opinion, Overseas restaurant has one of the best suckling pig in town and I recently had some when I attended a wedding banquet here. Beneath the layer of crispy suckling pig there was a layer of glutinous rice and below it was curry which was quite a surprise as we usually dip suckling pig slices in sweet sauce and not curry. To me it was a unique combination but not everyone enjoyed it.
