The prawn mee in Old Town White Coffee is so-so, probably because the soup doesn’t have the pork bone flavouring as this is a halal restaurant, hence the soup lacked kick. The yellow noodle was also a bit overcooked. However, ingredients were quite decent, with half a hard-boiled egg, beansprouts, chicken slices and some medium-sized prawns. Priced at RM11.50 a bowl, it was reasonable. continue reading
