虽然这是一间素食馆，可是竟然让人意想不到的是他们竟然有亚三拉沙，更意外的是他们的素食亚三拉沙竟然是蛮好吃的，虽然没放鱼肉，可是那汤还蛮浓蛮香的，跟普通我们在外面吃到的一样好吃，价钱也很公道。

The lotus marmite in Restoran Niche Vegetarian Kitchen is very delectable. Thin slices of lotus root stir-fried together with baby corn, sweet peas, carrots and bell peppers in brown aromatic marmite sauce was very nice with a serving of rice. The shop is not very large, hence if you have a big party of people, say more than ten pax, you may want to make a reservation beforehand.

The tom yam soup in Restoran Niche Vegetarian Kitchen is passable, but the ingredients were superb. The soup itself seems to be made from tom yam paste, hence nothing special. The ingredients, however, was aplenty. There are assortments of vegetable such as broccoli and cauliflower. Crabsticks, intestines, oyster mushrooms and tomatoes make up the whole bowl. The tom yam soup for six people was enough for everyone to have two small bowls. Definitely recommended!

The fried spinach in Restoran Niche Vegetarian Kitchen is nice, but quite common. The vegetable is fresh, and it is fried with some sliced garlic. The dish is full of wok hei, and it is one of those dishes that don’t have any mock meat in it. It is also fried nicely using minimum oil. The vegetable is well seasoned with salt, but not too salty. A good dish to complement the others.

The name of this dish is quite unique. The dish is actually deep-fried oyster mushroom served on top of a bed of sweet and sour sauce of cucumber, bell pepper, onions and pineapple. The oyster mushrooms are fried to a golden perfection, crunchy and juicy at the same time. The sweet and sour sauce goes very well with the mushrooms. Not to be missed!

I used to go to Restoran Niche Vegetarian Kitchen a lot when I was working around the area. Had a hankering for some vegetarian food over the weekend, so decided to drive to Niche for some good tucking in. We ordered the Intestine Delight, which was one of my favourites. LaksaThis is one of the best vegetarian laksa I've ever tasted, as it is rich in flavour and the soup is very thick. Not only that, the sourness and spiciness of the laksa at Niche is very good. The laksa come in few different sizes, from small to big and it is good for me cause my friend and I always order a main course but since we can't resist the awesomeness of the laksa we order a small bowl of laksa to share and that sum up how much I enjoy the dish here.

Minced 'meat' Taofu RiceThis restaurant is served vegetarian food. This is not those vegetarian food that only flour and vege. Actually, if you take vege food, you will find out, they have many special dish to served. Here the restaurant served those chinese food and some local food. This is vege minced meat cook with taofu and served with rice. The dish served here is in very big portion and the price is consider cheap. I like the vege minced meat, it not taste like flour, but also not like the
