Ordered 'Mi Hun Kueh' or mie pan mee.For your information, back in Johor, we call it as 'Mi Hun Kueh' 麵粉粿. But here in Kuala Lumpur, we call it pan mee (mie = teared). Pan mee (Mie) here is thin. As usual their soup is sweet and nice to drink. Ingredients wise, it contained bean curd, vegetables, pork meat ball etc Personally I do prefer thinner pan mee mie, so this is alright for me.

This is the second bowl of handmade noodles soup that I had ordered. Thin handmade pan mee soup with tao kee (bean curd) =, pork ball and vegetables. Ingredients wise they can put more ingredients in the future. =.= Soup here is nice and quite sweet. Sweet as in they did put efforts in boiling the soup with bones or anchovies. The handmade pan mee noodles are chewy and flexible.

Happened to go for a getaway in Bukit Tinggi and that we had decided to go for this Restaurant Ngoh Jie for something soupy! Ordered three different bowl of noodles soup to try out. This is mihun soup. They should have put in more ingredients. This is like kosong noodles when all the ingredients (vegetables and pork ball) were gone into the stomach for digestion. Soup wise this is sweet and overall ok.

My friend brought me over to this shop to try out their mee suah. He said, this is one of the only places that you can savour red wine mee suah. Hearing that, I was already feeling excited. How would a red wine mee suah taste like? So I ordered one bowl. The service was pretty bad as the waitress was showing a long face and literally shove the bowl of mee suah to my face @_@Anyway the portion was decent for mee suah. There were some fried garlic sprinkled on top of it and mushroom slices as well

Anyway the portion was decent for mee suah. There were some fried garlic sprinkled on top of it and mushroom slices as well. The minced meat was minimal, which was a shame. The red wine taste was much too overpowering and I can't taste anything else other than the red wine. It just killed the mee suah and in the end I couldn't finish the bowl. I did finish the rest of the mushroom although they were tasteless. Or probably it was te fault of the red wine.

After separating from my friend, I had to buy some buns to fill the rest of my stomach. I would not recommend this place at all.
