This deep fried fish is thai sauce here is not their signature fish here. But the fish itself doesn't taste bad at all. First the chef deep fried it until golden Brown colour. Then he poured the Thai sauce over the fish. The Thai sauce taste sweet and sour. The golden brown fish taste crispy outside and the meat still soft. The sauce blends well together with the fish.

Their bean curd here is one of their signature dish. The skin of the bean curd is very crispy. You can know that from the look because the chef fried it until golden brown colour. The meat on it is very sweet. Of course there is a little bit salty taste as well.

The waiter recommend us this dish so we order the wine lala. Before this dish served in front us, we can smell the fragrance of alcohol from far. So we assume that the taste is quite strong. When we taste it, it is so strong that we cant really eat it like that. Even with rice, we still cant accept it. So basically we cant finish the whole bowl of soup. Quite a waste.

One thing I like about here is no matter how late you come, how crowded it is, you always get your food in 5 to 10 minutes. One of their signature dish is the champagne chicken. The chicken is not cooked with champagne but dunno why it called in this way. The chicken itself has crispy skin and the sauce is sweet. Then they are served in a carved watermelon. After you finished the chicken, you get to eat free fruits too

New Paris is all about serving nice fast food. Upon ordering, you will be served within 10 minutes. Their yee sang is quite good, not too sweet. Our must order is WaterMelon Chicken but this time we didn’t order that The sweet sour pork is quite nice, I liked the sweetness of the sauce. Belacan Kangkung is a no fail dish and the tofu is quite good too. Only the curry fish head is a bit let down, not enough oomph, the gravy should be creamier.

Speed speed speed is what you can expect from this restaurant. Tidy up the table within 30 seconds, your ordered reach to your table maximum 10 minutes and most of the time just take 5 minutes. You must be expecting the taste very bad. In fact the food here is quite nice. Take an example of their Old Cucumber soup. The soup is rich in taste and very sweet. All the essence from the pork has mixed with the soup. So actually the meat is tasteless but the soup is real sweet.

Very hungry and hate for the waiting time to food arrive? Then I would like to recommend you all to come to this restaurant. The food serving is superb fast. I will say the fastest ever seen. They have an open concept kitchen here. You can actually see how many chefs they have back in the kitchen. You can see each tables are wrapped with plastic.
