Over at Formosa Restaurant, you get to savour authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The taste may be similar to our local Chinese palate but in terms of dishes types, it's quite different. Try the Stuffed Bean Curd Skin with Special Fish Paste. The stuffed bean curd is wonderfully prepared where the exterior is crispy while the interior of fish paste is soft and flavourful, with a hint of fish sweetness and saltiness. It also comes with some stir-fried greens.
