continue reading

located off Seapark, PJ, just 15minutes away from Midvalley Megamall. We arrived about 1030pm.Despite the late night, the outdoor table are crowded with almost no table for us. The friendly worker escort us to find a table behind the road, and took our order very quickly. We order maggie goreng, nasi lemak bumbung and teh O limau ais. Despite being crowded, they served the dishes very fast and efficiently. The nasi lemak is of huge plate and maggie goreng is rather spicey for me. Cili padi is uncovered everywhere, that made my face turned red so soon.Suggest to ask for less cili padi for maggie goreng for next visit to be able to try the original taste. continue reading

I planned to go supper with my boyfriend and sister but the problem is we don’t know what to eat for supper? Suddenly I remembered about my friend who was nonstop posting Nasi Lemak Bumbung pictures in Instagram therefore we decided to go there for supper. Nasi Lemak Bumbung is located at Seapark, PJ (Nearby Maybank). It is very easy to be spotted with crowded people enjoying the foods. The restaurant is an open space area. The tables and chairs are placed in the backyard and the corridor of the buildings. The menu are super simple like Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng, Maggie goreng, Indo Mee and Beverages. I ordered Nasi Lemak Biasa, Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng, Maggie Goreng and 2 Teh Tarik.Teh Tarik was good to have with Nasi Lemak.Maggie Goreng tasted okay as it was served cold and lack of flavouring.Ayam Goreng was a bit dry maybe it was pre fried earlier to supply the demand but it has a good flavour.Nasi Lemak was served with Anchovies, Peanuts, Cucumber, Telur Mata and a dallop of Sambal. It flavourful and mild spicy at the same time.It was good supper for us. The foods are delicious but I hope they can serve them hot in future. As I managed to get seat nearby the Kitchen I managed to see them preparing eggs nonstop (Minimum 40 eggs) during my eating process. The total bill was RM 14.50 for foods and drinks which are consider cheap.Nasi Lemak BumbungJalan 21/11B,Sea Park,46300 Petaling JayaSelangor continue reading

I am not the local, but since this is quite famous in Seapark, so I just the title so. What is so special about this nasi lemak?1. The fried chicken (perhaps you can found it other place, but still delicious, seasoning with little herbs)2. The sambal, is not the usual sweet and spicy but salty. And watery.3. The egg is fried on burger pan(like how people fried burger patty)4. Apparently, this stall were also famous for their ais limau, but It just taste more authentic, taste less sweet only lor.The teh ais that we ordered also less sweet.Indo Mee Goreng, taste wise is pleasant, but texture wise, the mee is quite raw and a bit hard.Overall we have spent Rm 16 in total. Rm 5 for a plate of nasi lemak, and Rm 4 on the Indo mee.Verdict:I expect anchovies and peanut when people talk about delicious nasi lemak, which is absent here. But somehow, it's quite pleasant to eat overall, would still come for the nasi lemak, and eat until I get bored with it  continue reading

continue reading
