Eggs, brioche and tempura mushrooms- organic scramble. love the crispy tempura mushrooms and it was oyster mushrooms all over. the scrambled eggs was just right in texture. but also wished that they could add a little cheese for an oomph! and also brioche was buttery. however,it would be good that if the portion size is bigger.  whereas the fried chicken waffles were pretty good. satisfied an american's diet's appetite. it was such a killer combo. 

The Organic ScrambleThis dish comprises of golden scrambled eggs topped off with caviar and tobiko, crispy fried tempura mushrooms, a side of homemade blueberry compote accompanied by two slices of in-house buttery French brioche. The portion was generous and priced at that such steep level, it was pretty much, forking out the money.
