Since there was promotion of buy two free one, I took this opportunity to dine in in Nando's at One utama branch as well as Sunway Pyramid branch. Who doesn't love Nando's? Those who loves Nando's can be my food buddy indeed The chicken wasn't up to the standard the last time I visited here. It used to taste way better. Well I guess it may be because they were busy serving everyone since I visit during the peak hour which was extremely crowded. It's still my favourite food though

One of the Nandos branch is located at Sunway Pyramid. I like Nandos for its different sauce for the chicken. You can choose the spicy level for the chicken set meal. Personally, i challenge all of you to have a try on extra hot for those who are seeking for a real throat-scorcher. It is definitely a must try for those spice savvy. For those who can eat a lot, you may order half chicken which for sure will satisfy your little tummy.

Nandos offer a sharing platter for two to three person for fifty three ringgitThe best part is you can choose the flavors that you like for example half mild perri perri and then the other half chicken with lemon and herbThe weird thing is that i think the chef has confused his utensils or sauces because my lemon and herb chicken tastes exactly like the mild perri perriEither that or they have revised their recipe and it is now a notch more spicy

Coleslaw is basically cabbage saladMost coselaw salad that i tried had the cabbage sliced very thinly however nandos cabbages a rather chunky so there is more bite to the saladThe coselaw also had some carrots but i think that is just for appearance and make the coselaw look more appetizingThe coselaw in nandos fall short in terms of the mayonaise usedIt lack taste which i think a bit of salt would do the trick

The three bean salad is a must for meThe salad has chick peas broad beans and kidney beansBut to enhance further the taste of the beans nandos also adds on capsicum and tomatoes This in turns makes the three bean salad taste like a salsaUnfortunately this time the three bean salad was rather hardI think nandis could have blanched the beans a little bit longer especially the chick peas which is slightly harder than theother beans

This is a new side dish offering from nandos calked the side saladI wish they gave it a more interesting name cause the dressing is indeed interestingThe salad is made out off butter head lettuce that is cut into bite size piecesA few cucumber cubes and two quarters of tomatoesBet it would taste better with cherry tomatoesHe dressing is mainly olive oil lemon juice salt and pepper

I must say that nandos potato wedges is more delicious than wedges at KFCSimply because it is truly crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the insideKFC wedges are soggy and even worst after the cheese is added on itThe nandos potato wedges is lightly salted before it is deep fried and then chilli powder is sprinkled on top of it before it is servedSo the bottom does not get any chilli

I always come across this question : Nandos and Kenny Rogers, what's the difference?at first I though , they're the same, but ever since I tried their peri peri hot sauce...I fell deeply in love with nandos! Kenny became very comment roast chicken to me, my mom can make nicer one! We went to Nando's on our date few weeks back. The restaurant looked like the food will be very expensive, but when we were browsing through the menu, we were shocked that the price was affordable after all ! But the portion was meant for only 1 person, suits the price.We had the Chicken Pita with potato salad, and for those heavy eaters, you can opt for rice with the totally perri-fied Chicken ! Super Duper Yummy.Oh and we ordered desert, Natas which looks like egg tart but heavenly indulging !
