Murni Discovery, a famous restaurant in Klang Valley, bringing in Malay,Indian, Chinese and Western influences to Southeast Asian foundations, also reflects the diversity of cultural traditions in Malaysia. Murni Discovery offers a comfortable environment for family dining and friend’s get-together with lots of variety. It’s a very happening place till late nights. In Klang Valley, Murni Discovery has a lot of outlets including SS2, Aman Suria, USJ, Sunway Mentari, Kepong, Bukit Jalil, Bandar Sri Permaisuri and Shah Alam.If you do have a big appetite, then you should try their signature dish Nasi Lemak Murni Discovery. Murni's signature nasi lemak accompanied with sambal prawns, squids, fried chicken, petai beans, hard-boiled egg, fried anchovies, peanuts & chopped cucumbers. Judging from the price of RM12, I will say that it’s totally worth the price!Overall, Murni Discovery is a good place to chit chat with buddies. In a simple word, nice food. Fair price. The food portion is ginormous and the price are reasonable too. Definitely will come again. continue reading

Murni Discovery is one of the most happening Mamak restaurant in Klang Valley. One of their branch is located in SS2 Petaling Jaya, same row as Secret Recipe. It has the most extensive and impressive mamak menu and some of their signature dish are Roti Hawaii, Roti Seafood, Roti Scramble, Roti Beckham, Nasi Lemak Ayam Pandan, Mee Raja, Claypot Lou Shu Fun, Pizza Dragon..etc. Some of their signature beverages are Mango Special, Ribena Speical, Pink Pather, Poison..etc. They will put the table along the corridor of the shops once the shops are close and normally it is crowded with people. We have ordered Roti Scramble, Roti Hawaii and Nasi Goreng Paprik. Both the roti are special and nice, filled with ingredient which i think is chicken meat, egg..ect. The Nasi Goreng Paprik is spicy and served is big portion. The Lily Special and Pink Panther are nice and there are plenty of coconut jelly and lychee in the drinks. Overall, I think the food here is delicious and big in portion and the price is reasonable. continue reading

This restaurant is one of the famous MAMAK stall in Petaling Jaya area which serves fusion, custom-made food (Indian-Malay-Chinese-Western-Italian). The environment sure better than the SS2 branch, clean, spacious and comfortable. They even have menu for the customer, not like the SS2 branch. We have ordered one of the restaurant signature dish, which is Mee Raja (direct translation means Noodle for King). It uses some special noodle which is thin and springy and fried together with seafood. The second dish is Spaghetti Bolognese. The portion for both dishes are big, which I think is enough for 2 person. The last dish is Maggi Goreng Special, which definitely taste different and better than normal MAMAK maggi goring. One of the signature drink that we ordered is Pink Panther Special (A perfect blend of strawberry, banana & watermelon served with generous portion of Nata de Coco and Lychee). Another drink we ordered is Hot Ice Lemon Tea where put some gula melaka at the bottom. Both the drinks are magnificent, never find these drinks else where. Overall, the prices is reasonable duet to it;s portion and the unique of the food. continue reading
